Stopped in for a workout with my two sons who attend BYU. Super friendly staff who hooked me up with a trial pass, clean gym with a nice range of equipment, considerate and friendly folks working out. Great value!

I’d say this is a sub-par gym, but it’s fine for a college student living close by. It’s convenient because it is close to where I live and any equipment is better than none. However, that equipment is somewhat jenky and the whole place definitely has a worn-down feeling.I get that maybe they don’t care to upkeep it because we are just students? Maybe? Ok then if that’s the case, then can they actually keep the price low? They advertise the $10/month, but then they charge random fees throughout the year… added all up, it’s not much cheaper than the Provo Rec Center. I’m seriously considering switching over, unless they can get some yoga/ab mats that aren’t torn up.But wait, I just found out that they charge you $100 to quit. So now I’m being blackmailed into staying here… anyway, I guess the front desk people are always pretty cheerful.

It can be pretty busy, but if you time it right you can get the equipment you want without having to wait at all. I will say, they only have 3 squat racks, which is pretty disappointing. The membership is cheap and you get access to a variety of things so that's a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I used this gym years ago and just recently started using it again. And guess what? It’s still the same gym. Same equipment. Same machines. No effort has gone into making this gym better. However, for only $10 a month, you can’t really complain too much. (And also that there aren’t many other options in the area.) If there was one thing that I would change about this gym it would be the lighting. The whole gym feels dark and poorly lit. If the lighting was brighter and more consistent throughout it would make a significant difference.

VASA is a really good gym. I haven't been able to use its facilities because of injury, but I was once a member of this VASA location for a number of years and it was a great experience. Now that I'm beginning to attend VASA again, it doesn't look too have changed and I'm looking to having another great experience.

Definitely not the nicest gym you could go to, but I appreciated the low monthly cost for going to just that location. Some of the equipment has had its day and could use replacing. It’s always very busy here especially in the evenings, so you have to wait to use equipment frequently. I liked going here when I lived nearby, but I’ll probably go elsewhere now that I’m further away.

I started in my membership thinking that $20 a month wasn't a big deal and I would use it enough that it would be worth it, I lost my job pretty soon after enrolling and tried to cancel. They charged me for the next 2 months and only after several phone calls as well as a dozen cancellation fees, I was finally able to cancel my membership. Unless you're very wealthy and you have plenty of free time to go to this gym I would not recommend. I wasn't able to use this gym once and ended up paying over $200 to these scam artists. On top of that the customer service was very rude and unfriendly.

I like the price of Vasa but I'm not a huge fan of the gyms quality. My issue with this Vasa is that it's not large enough to accommodate everyone that goes here. There are only 3 squat racks and not enough benches for everyone either. They have this fitness cinema which seems like a huge waste of space. I never see anyone using the fitness cinema. Overall I love the price and the staff is nice but it could better utilize it's space.

The provo location is convenient for me and I love their cable/pulleys because they are the ones that have an individual pulley for each arm, which I like because I can target muscles better, however, some of the equipment is in dire need of replacement. The rubber grip on the lat pull down bar is super loose and my forearms are already struggling to keep up on pull day, so that does not help. The dumbbells are also long overdue for a replacement. They are well worn and it is often a hassle to find a matching set, it takes a bit of hunting to find the desired weight as well. Considering this, I feel like their price is a bit high including the down and the rate lock. Long term it will be cheaper than the rec center, but yeah those are my only issues. Overall a decent gym but the other Vasa locations I've seen are much nicer.

The price is fair and so far ny experience with the staff is good! However, the quality of this location is awful. Most of the dumbbells are broken and dated, some pairs are missing, or mismatched. The machinery is scattered, and, like other equipment, it’s worn down and in need of maintenance.
