Fit Factory Braintree

It’s coming up on one year of membership at FIT factory for me. I can’t say enough good things about the gym. They have all the things that I need in order to keep myself in good shape. Recently they made some upgrades to the functional area and turf and I really enjoyed using the facility since then I even found that I was taking showers and using the sauna there more frequently so I ended up upgrading my membership from the basic level to more premium so that I can enjoy the services they have to offer even more. I can’t recommend fit factory enough.

I only signed up because they had a women’s area but now it’s gone. Today was my first day working out in the main area and I already had an uncomfortable situation with a man. It is also still being advertised on the website that there is a women’s only area.

Gym is small, not much open room. Been a faithful customer for 1.5 years and barely 10 days into current month cycle and asking to cancel because I relocated but staff showing no flexibility or understanding and trying to charge me for another month. Would not consider them for future business if I move back in the same area.

Deceptive sales, automatic renewal on paid in full one year student membership. Not explained at signing, oh but is in the fine print. Even though you haven't been told the collection agency will let you know.Where's the integrity?

Did a day pass Gere and honestly loved it! Attendant was super friendly showed me around and answered all questions (John I think) . I'm seriously considering the switch. Clean, large area, and classes offered! Loved it!

This location is very clean. I would feel comfortable working out here long-term. There are ample supplies for cleaning between exercises. There's also a lot of space to work out without someone hogging the machines. The attendant was very courteous -- this should be the norm, and it appears this is to be expected at this facility. The large parking lot is a welcome site. i will seriously consider a membership because of this pleasing encounter today.

You will have a huge facility to get in, now to get out, and one inconvenience after another.Equipment is spoiled for a long time.

Glad I read the reviews.I was actually thinking about joining this place as its close to my house. Everyone seem to be having the same issue (payment) and they all can’t be lying. Was really looking forward to joining but will do more research.

I love this gym! Kelsey George is the best instructor and coordinator for the group classes! Her energy and motivation is unmatched not to mention how fun her classes are!

Overhead music is way too loud, I can’t hear my music in my AirPods. The selection of music is terrible. Management doesn’t care about your workout, they just want you to hear advertisements.EDITED 10/15/21 RESPONSE TO OWNER.I did go to the desk and spoke with management about this, he lied and said he “couldn’t change the volume” which is obviously not true because the younger evening employees would adjust it at times. Anyways, I told the manager I would give it 2 weeks for a the volume to be lowered or Im leaving. And nothing changed so I cancelled my membership! Try listening to the customers that keep your doors open…
