My fiance and I just wrapped up our 7 day trial and signed up! We searched all of the gyms in a 4-5 mile radius from us. For what Fit factory offers, and the price (including annual fees) it's definitely worth every penny. They have plenty of cardio equipment options, squat racks galore and their group classes are a ton of fun!They have something for everyone. And while we dont have a kid, it's great they offer a service to watch kids while parents workout.

Stay away, even after I canceled the service they still changed my credit card, it took 11 months to stop them. I even had a debt collector call me for more money, the manager offered to settle if I pay $24... What a bunch of con merchants.Message to Matt Genes, read all the reviews, everyone is saying the same thing. Your reputation is one the decline!If you look at there reviews many other clients have had a similar experience:DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. Their "cancellation policy" is absolute nonsense and they will continue to charge your account until you threaten legal action. The last time I was physically in the gym was 2017. I attempted to cancel as I was moving away from the area and the 18yr old at the desk couldn't find the form and assured me by giving my name and information they would take care of the cancellation.I've been charged for 2018 and most recently 2019 membership fees. Reached out to attempt to remedy the situation but the "manager" Dave said he can't help me or refund the money that was taken from my account.It is absolutely crazy to me that an organization trying to build a brand would allow this level of customer service all over $120.2 months ago-Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and nothing but fraudulent people work there.They renew your contract without letting you know and they also charge $75 without telling youThey call itScam people Gym serviceBe careful when signing up at this gym. Their dubious acts to mislead you into what you're signing is ridiculous! Their sign up fees are complete BS and a money grab! Stay far far away! Better gyms are out there.8 months ago-DO NOT JOIN. Also, go through and read how many other people have mentioned this very same issue! They, like most gyms, require a 30 day notice for cancellation. Sure, that can be standard with some gyms. However, they only allow you to have access to the paperwork, through a manager, which are not available outside set times. For someone like me that works long hours and could get there when a manager was on shift, it was a nightmare.The bigger concern is that they will hit you with a "Rate-lock-fee" which falls within the 30 day time frame, even if you are canceling your membership for the upcoming year. And the fee will of course fall at the end of your 12 year cycle, without notice. So a fee, that is specifically in place to lock in the rate you pay per month for a whole additional year, is applied to your account and billed to you at the time of your renewal.... for a membership you no longer have!And again, they send you NO notification that your renewal fee is even coming up, so that you will get stuck with the cost regardless.I wrote to the General Manager, David, and he did not answer any of my questions, but just recited the policy and offered to transfer the credit to a family member or friend. Why would I subject a family member or friend to the scam so they can get caught paying these down the road?! I also called and left him a message to speak and he never called me back. He was more than happy to send an email with every sentence ending in an explanation mark though, to drive home his condescending tone and lack of customer service. Says a lot about their lack of training of their employees if that is the general manager.I ended up requesting time off work to get there in time to cancel my membership with a manger last night and was forced to pay the last month and "lock-rate-fee" otherwise I would be continually billed every month with the lock rate fee regardless.so do yourself a favor and find another gym!!! There are plenty of competitors in the area and they will treat you with more respect and not have policies that take advantage of their members. Or at the bare minimum, send you updates and notices through email on upcoming charges or changes in your account! Pretty basic stuff.

I absolutely love this gym! I joined as soon as my baby turned 3 months old (the age requirement for their childcare). The playcare staff was so reassuring and kind, and made sure I could see my daughter in the window during my first workout! All of the instructors have been so encouraging, and understanding. The front desk staff is attentice, friendly, and professional. Being able to bring my baby to the best childcare professionals I have ever met (most of them even have degrees in early childhood education or are in school for something similar) without even making an appointment, having access to group fitness classes during such a wide variety of times, and just an overall welcoming and friendly environment is priceless. I would pay a lot of money for this experience, but I don't have to! It is so affordable. I cannot recommend this gym more highly :)

I’ve been on the hunt for a new gym for months as I switched jobs. I was told to check out fit factory and I’m in love! I really like that they have three membership options depending on what amenities you plan on using, that way you don’t feel like you’re paying for things you never use. The facilities are new and clean. The locker rooms are beautiful! They have a smoothie bar which is great. Great class options if you’re into that. They even have a CrossFit gym attached and when you sign up you get a free class. Janelle who works at the front desk gave me a really detailed tour and was so helpful and great to talk to. The only thing that’s kinda scary is you’re locked into a year contract with a cancellation fee, on top of a sign up fee and yearly maintenance fee, and they require bank account info instead of card info.

Just went in for a tour, but the workers were very friendly and knowledgeable, facilities clean, along with a comprehensive assortment of machines, free weights, and specialized rooms.

Great to work out, but bathroom needs updating and lockers as well, doors are falling off and not in good condition. The bathroom needs to be clean more consistently, it smells.

Great staff and affordable membership options. HUGE facility with something for everyone (womens-only area, crossfit, extensive cardio machines, and huge weight area). Also, it's very clean, which I always look for in a gym!

This is not typically something I would go as far as doing but I have been trying to cancel my membership for Over two months now. Every time I go in there is no manager available and I’m told I can only cancel through them. I’m gettin billed monthly still which is not fair. I have been told the managers hours and I will now call before going in and yet I never get a hold of a manger. Not fair I’m paying for something I do not use and can not cancel due to their staff.

Definitely worthy of 0 stars. This gym has a Hi turnover rate on staff. The management there is terrible. They have equipment in the "women's only" area, that they Don't have in the main area of the gym. I raised the question to several staff members "Why don't you have the same equipment in the main area as you do in women's only area" I was told by the1 of the managers "that they are not going to do anything to help me". The other day I brought the same question to the attention of the Training manager, along with, why is it taking so long to swap out the lockers in the men's locker room, which has taking 3 weeks so far and was told, another month to go. I then received a phone call by Manager Dave, who told me that he terminated my membership, because he told me NO about getting the same equipment in the main area as the "women's only" area, and I asked another manager about it.

I love everything except the lack of cleaning in the sauna room. I've complained nicely to most staff and for some reason if I don't remind them the sauna needs to be cleaned it's forgotten. I understand that fit factory hires a cleaning company, nonetheless changing the cleaning companies hasn't made a difference in the sauna room cleanliness.
