Great fitness center. Great classes and kids club. However I have been a member since 2004. I loved how my daughter would like to swim laps in the outdoor pool. Just last year the outdoor lap pool age changed to 12 years and older. This year, it has now changed from 12 to 16 years old. It may have changed because some of the older members found it annoying with kids swimming in the outdoor lap pool. Well let's take a look at this issue. The adult members have an indoor lap pool which the kids are not allowed in and now an outdoor pool which they can no longer use. That's great that the adult members have 2 laps pools (probably the ones without kids). Let the kids have the outdoor pools (both of them). This is a FAMILY gym. 24 hour you will benefit financially with a family. My 15 year old now has a membership. Look at the use of the pools. Over crowded kids pool is a recipe for injuries or worse. I have posted a picture 6/5/18.

I would say that this gym is definitely towards the top of the list of the many gyms that I have been a member of. One thing I really like about this gym is the pool setup. They have two lap pools (indoor and outdoor) and one family pool. They keep out the kids from the outdoor lap pool which is an solid plus in my book. It's a gym- not a playground. I don't want kids splashing/peeing in the lap pool. Hats off to 24 hour fitness for strictly enforcing this. The gym is pretty big and seems to have adequate equipment even during the rush hour. You get the normal people with low self esteem that feel the need to slam/drop their weights, but nothing more than the typical gym. As usual, when signing up give a burner phone number as you will get the normal spam calls trying to scam you into a personal trainer. Pro tip is to buy your membership at Costco- it's a lot cheaper.

Place is not maintained. Equipment is old. Locker room is a mess. Out of towels. Pool closed 2 days every week.

This place is expensive and it doesn't even offer free Wifi. For a Super Sport gym it should be a little bit nicer (broken machines especially) Really wish LA Fitness or Planet Fitness would come in this area...

Locker room was dirty. Scheduled class didn't have an instructor and canceled. Kids were allowed to play in outdoor lap pool.

For the price this place should have free WiFi. Also it is very common to get a broken treadmill. If a Crunch Fitness, Planet Fitness, or You Fit opened in the area this place would be doomed.

Haven't been a member at this gym in 5+ years, tried to use a 3 day pass to check it out and see what's changed but since I was a previous member, I wasn't allowed to, Stupid policy.

Decent place, staff is friendly and helpful. A couple of showers were out of order my last visit but seems to be kept pretty clean everywhere. Pleased overall

Audio system on the vast majority of cardiovascular machines haven't worked in several years. I have been asking managers about this concern and never get anything resolved. Customer service is not a priority at this location.

Too bad there isn't an option for zero stars...purchased a personal trainer package for my wife and paid in advance (big mistake). Her trainer left then after about 10 attempts no new trainers would call her back to set something up (as suggested by the front desk). After she discovered she wasn't going to get a call back she asked for the balance of her training sessions she pre-paid for back. They said "no refunds". I'll try to go thru the standard customer service line to see if they will be more helpful. Training sessions aren't cheap and considering I paid $50/month for a memebership, I should get the $ back for the unused sessions. If I don't get it WHO DOES??? Surely not a trainer. Sounds like theft to me. Beware...
