Bathrooms sux and always dirty and smells...of all 24 hr gyms in the area, this is the dirtiest... Need to replace bumper plates because they are falling apart.. I've complained to management about the punching bag by the rack because it's a liability issue and it still hasn't been moved to a different place

Not a family friendly pool. Outdoor lap pool is only open to ages 16 and above leaving the very small children’s pool for use by both toddlers and teenagers. There was also a mix up where prior to the pool opening, I asked a staff member what the minimum hight was for the slide and rather than finding out he assured me that there was none. It is 48”. On top of all of this, in order for my 13 year old son to use the pool, he has to be checked in as a guest or have a separate paid membership. These policies are enough for me to look elsewhere for a gym.

Atrocious. Used to be a member years ago, but quit because I was dissatisfied with the condition of equipment and a generally unfriendly staff. A friend told me to give it another shot so we could workout and play basketball together. I get a free pass to check it out again, and no one is at the front desk. I wait for a solid minute, then I walk in to find a staff member. One ends up coming up to me from behind accusing me of sneaking in, and refuses to honor my guest pass and says I can't even pay for a day pass because I "snuck in". Yet when he found me, I still had my gym bag on me and was not even doing anything. After I leave, I find out he told other people I was "sneaking in", defaming my character. Completely unacceptable.

THis 24 hour fitness has been an utter disappointment. I'll start with the same MEN, yes some are adult men, that dominate the basketball courts each evening. One reason I joined was for my 16 year old to be able to play ball. Their comment was, "we let him play some" yet the same men play the whole time. They pick and choose who goes in and out (all their buddies) When I mentioned this to the manager he said that was perfectly ok. Playing full court - at least play half court so the others can shoot. He said there is a sign up board, which of course I showed him is not used. The manager is an arrogant man and I personally am researching where else we can join because this place is a dump. Equipment doesn't get fixed. WIFI was out for months. They just seem to not care. shame. The 24 in arvada Colorado on 64th is like a country club compared to this place, but mainly the attitude of the staff- huge disappointment.

It's decent enough. There is a lot of equipment and weights to choose from. Maintenance leaves something to be desired though. Some equipment will stay broke for weeks. The showers frequently have issues. They seem to have difficulty keeping soap in the showers when they are working. It's got an overall run down feel.

Can be cleaner. A good scrub and remodeling of showers is highly due (most lack doors and are leaking); tha sauna and steam room need a good clean up, too. I can't believe how careless people ca be; I mean those that use the place...

Many of the ladies locker room shower doors have been MISSING for months. The other doors do not shut properly. If you can find a clean shower with soap, a faucet that works, a door that closes and has hot water, it's your lucky day!The trainers are very nice.

Like the others the places continually smelly dirty the floor and now well-maintained. Machines are never wipe down or maintained. Not only are they filthy they are rusty and warm and full of dusted and places. I can’t imagine staff, e coli and fungus is growing on there. Same thing with the free weights, They are physically black as is the the bus sale and the balance balls filthy the floors are filthy never cleaned always dirty. The place does smell like sweat. I just get snarky excuses. one seems to care the freeways have never been cleaned plans don’t lightning down. There’s mold in the shower and most the time the Faucets don’t work. Floor is never clean. equipment is not maintained. my down pool area has mold. When requesting that get maintenance to repair the women’s showers, The “manager “,snork, he said well I can’t go in there now. Note I did preface this by saying I hate to complain to corporate firstThis is consistent and been going on for years prior. It’s in stark contrast to the two clubs I’ve been in Richardson in Plano which are cleaner and has more maintenance and housekeeping staff.

This location is DIRTY, POORLY MAINTAINED, and rarely are you greeted by staff when you walk in. I have been a member since the club opened, it has been poorly maintained from the get go. Water is seeping through walls of the stretching area from the showers, and has been for years. The floor in the stretching area is stained from the seepage. They recently did a little bit of work to the club (painted the gym, and finally repaired the shower doors), but the place is still a mess. It's always something at this club, today the power went out and everyone was kicked out (all other businesses in the shopping strip had power). The management turnover is unbelievable, not sure why they can't keep a manager, but I have to believe that some of it has to do with corporate. If you're not a member, don't join; only reason I still go is my $100 a year membership.

Update July 2018: the pool issue...every summer we take our kids here to swim. The pool is kids friendly so we love it. My wife specifically pay $50 a month just for this benefit, but the rules have changed here. My 8 year old can’t go down the slide because he is too short. He can’t swim in the outside lap pool because it’s for adult only. Kids are not allowed the inside pool at all. So this leave very little for them to do with the pool. I wouldn’t recommend just getting membership just to use the pool, although we really like the peace and quiet of the pool. My wife has cancelled her membership since there are no use for it. It’s sad because the lap pool are empty most of the time. This is not a bad gym. I do think for a super sports it can be nicer...this is supposed to be top of the class gym. You are paying premium to go here.Update: August 2018 - they have WiFi now! Always bugs me that they don’t since my cellular signal is very low when I’m at the gym so listening to Spotify is very spotty.
