Worst location I have been to. Always dirty and management is rude and disrespectful. Called customer service to cancel my annual plan and they told me to reach out to the location and they will refund the remaining months on my plan. Went to the location and told me they can’t do anything for me and they won’t refund anything even after customer service told me they would. Management wouldn’t even try to work with me. All they care about is making money and ripping people off.

Annual fee is nothing new. My beef is the horrible sanitation. Men's showers are constantly broken, clogged drains, and random junk inside. The locker room hasn't been properly cleaned in ages and reeks in some areas. The bathroom is a bio hazard. But due to the fact it's close to my home, I still go there. Get the bio done at home. The main part of the gym is tolerable and gets my daily exercise done. They renovated the sauna so that's a nice plus.

Fantastic Gym. Fantastic Staff.I've been coming here everyday I'm in town since I bought my membership. The staff is friendly and outgoing, they care about your success and they know you by name.I've been meaning to leave a kind review and this morning I left my keys on a machine and couldn't find them.A few of the trainers and the desk manager took time to help me and ended up finding them so I could go about my day.You won't find a better place to workout in this area.Thank you guys for the quality experience.

Overall this is a fitness and health center. Please step it up with the cleanliness of the facility. Gym smells really bad, equipments are not wipe down, the locker room and spa conditions are horrible. Swimming pool always dirty. Toilet paper always out. Shower room windows always dirty....so on so on....we told the operation manager so many times about the situation but no change. management please look this facility. The next step will be to notify the city of plano about the situation. Thank you.

Cleanness is degrading from time to time. Poor quality paper, this happened recently. Showers are dirty, are not fixed promptly and mostly empty soap containers. May be time to think about other near by opportunities.

They need to better train their sales staff!! Girl that helped myself and my son never once explained to us that there would be a yearly $54 maintenance fee per membership for the upkeep of the gym outside of their initial sign up fee and monthly membership fees. They were more concerned with getting us to sign up and pay for a membership than giving all the details that went along with the membership. You would think an initial sign up fee along with monthly membership dues is what pays to keep the gym up and pay their staff. Another corporation trying to rip people off!! And to think they're charging all these additional maintenance fees when they are no longer open 24 hours. Very dissapointed!!

High monthly membership and always some of the machines broken. Not focus cleaning and unfortunately Gym smells wired.

Drove all the way here thinking it was 24 hours, BECAUSE IT SAYS ITS 24 HOURS ON YOUR GOOGLE PAGE. Change the hours to say you guys close super early and go ahead and change the name of the company too. You guys aren’t 24 hours anymore.
