The gym nice and clean , all team members are super friendly and helpful, they also have classes and kick boxing inside gym which is additional fees, overall great job!

I absolutely love 24 hr fitness, my only issue is they are no longer open 24 hrs. I know its about cost, I just wish they were open to midnight. It would be very helpful. No changes to hours of operation, let's get to midnight.

Amber’s sweet & spunky spirit, innovative choreography & wide array of music keep the mind sharp, the heart soaring, and the body feeling fully alive. I drive 40 mins, 5 times a week, just for her Zumba classes and I’ll keep doing it.I wish there were more like her.

24 Hr Fit Murphy cleaned a men’s toilet (previous person apparently had a bad diarrhea problem) was cleaned even as I was leaving (the next stall) after I did my business! Amazing cleaning crew!!! I didn’t even have an opportunity to register a complaint…I complemented the manager, Austin.

Still my go to gym when in Dallas. Has all the equipments and good energy. Steven, the Sales/Service Manager, help my wife and I to resolve an issue, and took extra steps to ensure we are happy. And we are. Thank You!

This gym is in disrepair. The outdoor pool is closed. NONE of the showers work. The indoor pools finish is worn away and the hot tub is broken and that is what I have found so far not having used any of the equipment yet.

Pool needs to be sanitized. Layer of scum at the pool bottom, algae growing on pool's coping, with indoor pool which did noy get get a lot of sun rays and there is sign of algae, this is bad. Batteria is growing could cause human sickness. - Management please dirtect attention before health break out.Pool patrons most do not perform body wash-off before enter caused pool contaminations.

Staff is unprofessional when you call and they refused to cancel my membership multiple times after I asked to cancel during the pandemic.Just found out I’ve being charged for the last 15months even though I since moved on to the CLUB4 fitness gym and thought I was cancelled after they issued a refund back on Aug 2020 and said it was cancelled.I asked for a manager and they refused and says he was on a ‘zoom’ call lol.Trashy service with zero integrity and smart mouth employees.
