I joined Club4 Fitness a little over six months ago and decided to get a trainer. I was lucky enough to get Devin. He listened to my goals and created a plan just for me. I've seen great results! I travel a lot and he even created some workouts that I can use on my travels. I send him a picture of the equipment at the hotel and he creates a workout! Very personalized service. Devin makes you feel that you're important and not just another "sale".

DON’T COME HERE!!!!!!! Horrible staff who were nothing but rude. The microaggression from the staff and a couple of the gym’s customers is outrageous. If you're a person of color, especially a woman, BEWARE. The managers side with the Karens, and there is no justice. My friend was kicked out after being harassed by a Karen, and instead of coming up with a solution to help both parties, they humiliated and kicked her out.

Went back to this Club to see the new changes that have been made and I must say now that the culture of the gym has had a complete turnaround. A whole new positive culture has been reintroduced into this facility. I must say, I am impressed and looking forward to working out here again. Also, Philip no longer works there, was very happy to see the positive change Chloe has made in the club!

The place did a 180 in a good way!! My husband and I first signed up about 3 months ago and at the start we were overwhelmed with the amount of teenagers in groups that took over equipment for long lengths of time, most of which just messing with their phones or talking to one another. The hand sanitizer was always empty and the place was never cleaned. Then about a month ago the place did a complete 180. My guess is when they got the new manager he cleared out the place with loitering teens and made the staff actually do their jobs, replacing the noncompliant employees with one that took pride in their job. I went from not caring too much about going and actually thinking of switching back to my old gym to really enjoying it here. I applaud the new manager and the staff that has stepped up to take care of this place and their members!

Good range of equipment but the floors are usually covered in trash and the sauna doesn’t work for months at a time. Paper towels in the bathroom are rarely ever stocked and bathroom trash is often overflowing.

I had left a review prior but it was apparently removed somehow. LOL. I was going to raise my rating a bit from 1 star from the previous management because since the new manager was brought in most of my issues started getting taken care of. The old manager did nothing. I see all these negative reviews about the new one but I personally haven’t seen any of the behavior mentioned from him. He’s been nothing but helpful and respectful to me.After reading more about the negative reviews about the manager I wanted to edit and add that it was probably someone that deserved to be thrown out. As I said before he has been nothing but helpful to me.My main issue now is how they block off the bathrooms or the showers for “cleaning.” Completely block them off now. Twice this week alone I’ve been late to work appointments because I had to go home and shower after my workout. I’ve never seen any gym allow this. I used to use them anyway because the janitor was nowhere to be found actually cleaning them (one day was on a smoke break with them all shut down) but now he blocks the path with wet floor signs and mop buckets completely. Clean them at night when nobody is there or clean one at a time but don’t block the entire bathroom or showers. Also why is the sauna still dead? In July it will be an entire year since I’ve been able to use it.

This is ABSOLUTELY horrific. After completing my workout, I tried to pick up my kid from the day care center. GM Philip held my child for ransom until I couldn’t successfully bench 225 lbs for one rep. While I am no Olympian, I still attempted the bench press. I was unable to complete Philip’s request. I left the gym empty handed. It has been two weeks and I still haven’t seen my boy. Club4Fitness has permanently lost my business!

I signed up because I tagged along with my son one night and I really enjoyed it. I am seriously considering canceling my gym membership because of Philip. This guy seems to be on a power trip and will cancel anyones membership just for the hell it. I’ve seen him yell at his employees out in the open and cancel membership on the spot because he was upset at a member. After reading these reviews and now know am not the only one who has witness his unprofessional behavior I will definitely canceling my membership until Club4 has a professional GM.

Phillip needs to be disposed of immediately, I just saw him yell at multiple club 4 members, I know these people personally and they are good people, they told me that he instead of trying to resolve the issue he instead just kicked them out immediately and cancelled their membership. They tried to ask for a way back in but he shot every request down. Since seeing this happen I will be canceling my membership and telling other people to cancel theirs as well. That is no way to treat anyone paying customer or not. If any higher ups or corporate would like to speak with me, please contact me.

I joined Club 4 Fitness in Murphy when it opened last summer. The first few months were terrific - the gym was spotless, the equipment was in good shape, and it wasn't too crowded. Near the end of the summer, the gym started to attract a bad crowd, made up of disrespectful young people. After 3pm (I assume they were all high school aged kids given when they'd congregate there) it was very unpleasant to work out there. These kids would work out in groups hogging equipment, never put their weights away, sneak their friends in, and intimidate the other members.About a month ago, the management team was replaced and the new GM wasted no time in getting rid of the bad element. The gym is completely different now - it's back to being an inviting atmosphere. It's a shame it took Club 4 so long to make the change but I'm glad that Phillip is now here and cleaning it up.As you can see from prior comments, there are some unhappy people who undoubtedly were part of the bad crowd. Glad they're gone!
