Just joined this week and I simply love the layout of the gym, atmosphere, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I also appreciate there is no contract and membership prices are from $10-35 and have tons to offer its members.

The steam room is out of order since 9/22/2022. As of today, according to one of the Asst. Manager, she does not know when some one will come and look at the steam room and let us know when the steam room will be fixed. This is the 3rd time the the steam room went out of service and every time they had the same story. What kind of business they are running.

In a three day trial I had the most bizarre and absolutely offputting experiences at this location: teens FaceTiming their girlfriends with cameras on in the locker room; a dude tried for an hour to convince me to start steroids; and I’m 98% sure I got Covid from this place. This was on top of the crowded space (waiting for equipment even at midnight), lack of cleaning supplies (no one cleans their equipment after use), and broken sauna.

Was an amazing gym until Phillip was hiring. I currently work here and Phillip Suero is a complete hot head and disrespectful to multiple members/clients. Fells like hell working for him but need the money so gotta stick it through. Hoping corprate will see this and will get rid of him

I have been going to this gym for almost a year now and have made great strides in my fitness thanks to my trainers Devin Davis and Austin Rotramel who had to leave due to his college. Devin has been fantastic and is very knowledgeable about my bad knees and customizes my training to accommodate them. He also gives me homework to do on my own time which makes me more comfortable in going to the gym. Thank you Devin and Club 4!!!

For such a new gym, they seem to always have multiple machines broken/out of service that never seem to get repaired. Also, I tried to drop to a lower membership level and was told I couldn't do that. The kid working there said I would have to cancel my membership (hard to do it seems by reading other reviews), wait 30 days and sign back up at the lower level. Need to find another gym.

I went for the first time to make a membership and Philip ruined my whole experience. He proceeded with being disrespectful and said “yeah by the way you look I’d work out everyday” and proceeded to be rude upon meeting me and had a disgusting attitude towards me and my dad. I was excited to come to this gym now I’ll never come back. He’s rude, disgusting, and full of him self for a basic guy. He needs humbling.

Love this club and the trainers there. I’ve had two different trainers and I loved working with them both. Motivational and positive in encouraging me along my training path. Shout out to Devin Davis who has been wonderful to work with.

Don't join here unless you plan to never quit. I was injured in both legs and could not work out so needed to cancel my membership. I called the day before thanksgiving to cancel and was told a new feature was being added to the app that would allow me to cancel by using my phone, and to please wait a day or two for it to be active. No app became available. I called on November 29 and spoke to GM "Noey" who told me he would cancel the membership himself while he had me on the line. I did not receive confirmation of that cancellation and called him a week later. He said he'd handle it again and I'd receive confirmation. Once again, no confirmation. I called Noey again. Once again he stated he'd handle it and I'd receive confirmation. Once again, no confirmation of cancellation, but this time I did get emails WELCOMING me as a new member. I called again and Noey wasn’t available. I explained the situation and was told they’d relay the message to Noey and I’d get a call back from him. No return call. I cancelled in November knowing I'd be charged for December per the terms of membership, was billed and I paid. Then, January rolls around and of course I'm charged again. I disputed the charge with my CC company and had it reversed. I also called the billing dept. at parent company to explain the issue and be verified cancelled. The phone rep didn't acknowledge anything I said, only followed a script to state there was no record of the cancellation so I was still going to be charged and now the annual fee was due in addition to the monthly charge. I called Noey to tell him of the issue, reminding him I talked to him multiple times in December trying to get an acknowledgement to my cancellation and he said "I don't remember talking to you". Really? The club's only been open for about 6 months, so how many people DID he talk to about cancelling a membership and have them holding on the phone line while pecking away at the computer, telling me he was handling it right then as we spoke? THREE TIMES no less. There must have been a lot of people just like me trying to get them to acknowledge a cancellation notice for him to not remember that. So it's pretty clear if you join here, you will have a hard time leaving as they try to milk additional billing periods out of you. When I recover I'll just go back to my previous gym. It's a short distance farther but I can't reward this BS by joining again once I am able. Save yourself a hassle and pick another club, there's plenty in the area. No General Manager is that incompetent unless it's on purpose.

This gym was great until Phillip, the new GM took over. He is super rude to members and does not know how to handle situations. I saw him arguing with multiple members very disrespectfully. It makes me scared to walk past him. The ownership needs to replace him because this will be the downfall of this location with this type of GM. Owner of this gym please contact me for details.
