THEY HATE CRIMED MY FRIEND AND ARE RACISTMy friend was using the squat rack at the womens section of the gym and a white boomer karen came and demanded she get off it even though there are 15 other squat racks at the gym. My friend of course stood her ground and declined respectfully and the karen went to the manager and the manager sided with the karen even though my friend was there first. The karen continued to bother my friend and accused my friend of harassing her to the manager even when my friend gave her the squat rack. The manager kicked my friend out of the gym because a crazy karen threw a tantrum and they decided to side with her when there was no proof my friend harassed her at all! DO NOT COME HERE, if my friend had not been a poc they would’ve tried to find another solution and not outright KICK HER OUT!

PLEASE BE WARNED!!! Management at this facility and their corporate office do NOT care about you or any of your concerns. They lie and ignore you! Long story short I signed up with this gym almost a year ago & unfortunately was told that I could cancel at anytime like most gyms. What they do not tell you is that does NOT include the personal training part. They, of course verbally, leave that part out purposefully. About 6 months ago I had several emergencies go on at once to include: losing my job, loss of my mother and my twin sister got diagnosed with cancer that was in remission but came back more aggressively as stage 4. So after our mother's burial I decided to make the decision to temperarily go help care for my twin sister. Before leaving out of state I'd gone to the gym to see if I could discontinue the personal trng portion only, as I would not be in town to get my money's worth. It was then that I found out "you can cancel at anytime" is not quite true. I was told I could not cancel my training sessions but then told if I contact corporate perhaps they could help. Well they did not. They only wanted to suspend the training for 3 months unless I provided proof of my dilimmas which I had for each situation. I asked in which way would they want the proof sent. I never heard back from anyone. The other option was for me to pay out 50% of the contract which I'd essentially already done by utilizing the personal training 6 months prior. So not sure what that was all about.Just a few months ago, without ever getting back with me, I received an email stating they would be resuming debit payments from my account. Another family member as since swapped care duties with me, so now that I am back in town I have since realized that they continue to debit my account for trng but canceled my membership and that is not what the original request was for.In essence before signing up with this facility please BEWARE!!!!

I just signed up for this gym less than 48 hours ago and already I'm highly disappointed. I was told that I'd have access to 24/7 on demand virtual training(les mils) which is the main reason I signed up. Only to return to the gym early this morning and find out that was a lie. I should've known this gym was going to be a problem when the girl that signed me up asked I had seen the reviews. When I said "no" she said "good they are liars" in that moment I should've walked out. I'm appalled by the reviews and the fact that this issue hasn't been resolved to date. Beautiful facility but what a disappointment. Also, the women's bathroom is not kept clean when I went in this morning

Despite what this Tom Marshall has to say, the GM Phillip is no saint. He lacks proper management etiquette. I went in and asked to speak with him yesterday in order to correct his assumptions about a matter. The lady at the front desk went to tell him that I am there to speak with him. He tells her to tell me that he is about to leave and heading to a doctors appointment. Mind you, his office is glass and I can literally see him in there having a full blown conversation with a trainer..laughing and all. Looked a bit too comfortable to be rushing to a doctor appointment..at 5pm! A proper way for a GM to have handled this is to address me himself. Maybe schedule a time to hear my concerns or matters. But he deliberately declined and ignored. I have seen so many complaints and while I do understand that a bunch of high schoolers attend this gym, please do not dismiss their negative reviews on this guy. He is rude and power hungry. If there is any manager training classes, do sign him up to attend! I can tell that he is not use to management positions.

I am currently trying to cancel this membership and it is quite an ordeal. First they tell me I cannot cancel over the phone, but I have to come in physically to the gym. Then when I come into the gym they tell me I need to go to some 3rd party website and register and then cancel. So I am currently trying to register with an agreement number on myiclubonline and something is wrong with the website where I cannot even register. So I call and get someone in the Phillipines and they tell me to go to the same website, or send an email (that will take longer and I will end up getting charged another month because after you cancel you have a 30 day period where you still get charged again). So you will be charged for a month that you don't want or need. Such a bad policy. I do not recommend this gym, and all you have to do is look at their reviews and see. It is currently at 3.1 stars.

Phillip Suero, the manager, is disgusting. He isbeyond rude to all of his customers. He needs to befired, he does not make customers feel safe. Hegives off an extremely rude and belittling attitudeto everyone, and that's why the workers keep onquitting. He abuses his power as "manager" as away to overrule everyone. They are truly scared ofhim and I am scared for them at this point. If Club4continues their business, he should be fired asapdue to his despicable actions and behavior. Not tomention he also "bans" customers any chance hegets, and i was one of them 2 This was an amazinggym up until when he started working here, hemakes everyone run away. I would hate to see thegym go out of business due to one person, because the gym is beautiful, just not him. This ishim btw!!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to this time. Wow, just wow. Phillip Suero AKA ‘Failed MMA Fighter’ is the most disrespectful employee I have ever seen. For the past few days, every time I’m in the gym, I see him yelling at people in a very rude manner. Then he tells them to leave as their membership is cancelled by him or the cops will be called. I think his new addition as GM at the location got his ego super high. He waddles around the gym like he owns it. I hope the management sees that this isn’t “one” situation but happening on a daily basis. He should be demoted to a janitor or taken out ASAP!! I’ll be taking my membership somewhere else if this isn’t resolved soon.

UPDATE: still another month later.. they will not stop calling me or emailing me for my money. they sent another email threatening to go to collections. I already paid the like $100 to cancel it. Then they charged me AGAIN and said I paid what i owed but not my cancel fee. how does that make sense. they told me i owed $100 and i paid it and they said ok it was canceled but they lied. I owe more again. This place is a total scam. I really hope no one gets a membership here. all they want it your money they do not care about any of you all.if you get a membership, dont ever plan on canceling it. it is nearly impossible. they told me i owe $100!! that was my cost to cancel. i called and they directed me to some automated thing and i told them i wanted to talk to someone at the location. they did not want to speak to me. i finally paid and i am STILL being charged. i will not be giving them another dime. they threatened to return for collections. i have in email that i canceled and now i owe $30. i will be calling my bank. this gym is a bunch of liars

I would be wary over the reviews that discuss the manager. I have a friend who very PROUDLY admitted that they and their teenage groups wrote these reviews to target a single person who was trying to actually do his job. This gym is great, but in the recent months, it has had a major issue of groups of kids flocking in, taking up gym space, and not really doing much with them. It became more of a hangout spot and it was really frustrating for those of us who wanted to get our workout done and leave. But, this place has been changing for the better. Not as crowded as it used to be, more respectful folk, and just an all around good place.Still has crowding issues though, I tried attending at different times, here's what I found:5-7 am- this place is heavenly2 pm- its great!5 pm- very crowded7 pm- dont even think about it9 pm- why are you still thinking about it11 pm- very crowdedIm not sure how else to say this, but perhaps Club 4 should hold off on getting new applicants for a bit? Especially if yall notice the overcrowded space at peak hours. When I say overcrowded, I mean OVERcrowded, y'all. It's been getting better, and I appreciate the effort that's being put in by staff. The staff has always been incredibly respectful towards me, and i know that they are stern with those who try to 'sneak' in or damage equipment. I know they are banning people for this, and with this issue being as frequent as it is, I don't blame them.Overall, my experience is great! Much better than my old gym, affordable, and super clean.

Multiple machines broken for weeks before getting fixed. People letting multiple people in during non staffed hours. Used paper towels, water bottles and weights lying around the entire gym. Poor management.UPDATE 4/12/22 : Changing my 1 star to 5 after seeing the amount of improvements at the gym. The new manager has put in a lot of effort to make this gym a better place, hence the 1 star ratings directly targeting towards him by all the cheapskate kids who were coming in without a membership and ruining the experience for everyone else. Very happy with the new management but people still need to learn to put away the weights and throw away the trash.
