CLUB4 Fitness Murphy

Liked from Day 1.Edit: I did liked this club on day 1 up until 6mos or so.Now it us turning out to be the worst.(1) they charged me annual maintenance in the name of maintenance they have st the least 3-4 machines broken each Time of the visit.(2) apart from machines the young crowd in groups hangover ghe machines for hours just talking without even performing any activity. I have asked manager to put some note just like LA fitness do or other gyms. She pushed it back on to me rudely saying it is my responsibility to talk to the next person. I don't want to get engaged in a fight and people should have xommon sense. But ultimately it is club owners responsibility to keep it clean and conducive for all age groups. However club 4fitness proven out to be the worst.Front desk staff is really rude and not helping they need just money and memberships.PLEASE DO NOT SUBSC4IBE TO THIS FACILITY

The management is so rude seems they don’t want people trying the free trial when I went w my friend she had her memberships and was wanting to try before signing up now due rudeness of management would t even consider they are too lazy to even greet people and very unprofessional. Don’t have a Club 4 in my area so traveled twice to try and because of my ID they didn’t want to let do the trial thanks a lot for nothing.

Been going here a few months, love it! The women's only section is my favorite. I have the basic subscription and I definitely think I'm getting my money's worth.

Hello, I have been a member of Club 4 Fitness for a while and I have had a very bad experience with the staff. There are some staff members who are very unprofessional with their customers. I had a blonde short woman who was very disrespectful But they are very unprofessional and I observe the employees letting ten people in without scanning their membership, however I would not recommend visiting this gym because they are quite rude to their customers and are not fair with there members.Thank you

**UPDATED**Initial: The staff is very unaccommodating, rude, and speak so low so as to actually agonize you. As a sincere customer trying to workout, it’s frustrating to listen and be polite. Mikaylee fully exhausted my energy in the morning when I was trying to start the day on a positive note.Update: Mikaylee apologized to me on the way out and I fully appreciate her efforts to acknowledge my negative experience. My only concern, for which I leave one star out, is that not all club4 members will be provided a good experience, since not all of them have the time to fill out a review. I hope club4 provides everybody, not just those who provide feedback, with great service.

The availability and variety of equipment is fantastic. The cleanliness of the facility is very high. It's the people.I have never faced a more hostile environment than Club4 Murphy. I saw a towel on a bench that looked like it was abandoned, no one was using it. I went to ask who it belongs to, and this hulking rage man nearly punched me for it. How was I supposed to know it wasn't just a towel?! And in the bathroom, I saw a bag hanging in an empty stall, and another man ran up to me and threatened me. And a staff member saw me recording one of me sets and tampered with my phone, pointed at me, and said they'll drag me out if I do it again. And these aren't the only things that happened to me, but they are the most memorable things.Honestly, if it weren't for the other locations, I would've told everyone to stay away from Club4.

BE AWARE!!!This is my far the worst Gym I have ever been in. Do NOT even try to put $1 in this gym because you will regret it. I am warning people; so this is a good opportunity to take my advice and not come to this gym and waste your hard earned money.The manager is a Ghost. The manager doesn’t have experience; and treats customers very bad. The manager needs to be replaced asap.Rude STAFF; they are all kids and don’t have experience. This gym needs to hire STAFF that are high quality.Quality in this gym is below low.STAY AWAY!!

Sauna, steam room, quad extension, most machines usually are always broken. Nice staff tho

Never again.the GM is a fitness trainer and out of shape obese women who is making fun and down grading professional body builders

Just moved to the area, looking for a gym to try out. Signed up for a trial pass, got denied due to no ID that is local to the area. Not quite accommodating. Bad first impression, wont be a second
