A friend of mine tripped and fell from an uneven floor that drops about 1 inch!Bruised his elbow and twisted his ankle!NO APOLOGY AND IT IS BEEN LIKE THAT SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN OPENED!Someday someone’s head will hit the squat rack!Remember this post! And let’s see who will fix the problem!!!!!

For the cost, you really great your moneys worth. Friendly staff and BEST hours by far in town.Also, love their athlete section of the gym with the green turf.

This used to be a great gym. But they need a full time maintenance staff. The amount of broken equipment these days just ruins your workout. Then, it takes months to get it fixed. If they could get their maintenance back then it could be great again. It’s busy enough that they could afford to hire someone full time and there’s enough broken equipment to keep them busy but it seems they have other priorities.

The place is nice and well equipped. But an incident happened there and they didn’t deal with it in the right way.. I hope they will deal with such incidents in a better way !

just STAY AWAY from this gym. Sauna and hydro message always have problems, you cannot use them when you need.Employees are super rude, manager doesn't even care. Terrible operation and terrible customer experience. You cannot cancel your membership in this location but you can become a member in this location.

This place is horrible guest services was very unwelcoming. I'm was happy and excited to finally try this gym out with a 3 day guest pass as they have a kids club and it can fit my lifestyle. I go through the whole process at the gym to get the guest pass then go to the kids club to drop my baby off...another worker comes in and says "you can't use the kids club with a guest pass".....How can anyone use the gym and get a fair treatment ment of the facility if I can't use the kids club. Disappointed in this place.

The male regional managers walked into the women’s room with no warning. What’s the point of it then? When I asked the front desk if there was any way i could have know about their inspection ahead of time she had nothing to say and was pretty rude. They seriously could have knocked at the very least, I felt super violated.

Tanning beds are literally so disgusting. They should be cleaned by staff after each use. Not by customers. After there “cleaned” I find sweat marks and hair all over them. It should never be a question if the staff cleaned it or not. I go in there asking “uhhh is this my job? Or is it them?” Lol
