Been a member for 20 plus years however since the change in location and new managment,so disappointed that new manager Mariah declines to return phone calls and is diffcult to get ahold of with me having to initate any contact. Having been trying since Feburary with several staff members stating they have forward my messages on to her. I have also tried going and contacting corporate office without any response.Have sent a message through the DF website which ask for your home location and your member number that states they will respond typically within 72 hours business days, almost a month and still no contact.This has really changed my view of Define and it is now difficult for me to refer someone where before I sent many of my friends and clients.Defininetly not a way to run a business or keep clients.

This is a new gym and it is unsafe. The treadmill’s just cut off mid sprints, the pool measurements are in accurate for the depth, and the facilities are not ADA compliant for the high geriatric population that uses them.Whoever they have in strategic management and operations and research needs to be fired because they failed yet once again. If you were going to say, you’re the best, gym in New Mexico, then act like it.Someone is going to get hurt because these issues have been reported multiple times and they are going to sue. It’s absolutely ridiculous. When is New Mexico going to get a gym with Management that knows what they are doing.?

The pool was very poorly designed for water aerobic classes. Only a quarter of the pool is really usable. This makes the classes over crowded and participants are unable to move without running into the person standing way to close by. These classes should be moved to a pool with more usable space for classes of this type. Perhaps the Defined fitness on Montano as it has way more usable space.

Class instructors are awesome and the staff behind the front desk always make me feel welcome. I’ve been a member here for about 7 years and am very happy with the new location and the staff here

Sauna doubles as a freezer for the local butcher. Terrible terrible experience. Go early bc there’s no heat left after sundown.
