By far my favorite club to visit. I love that the facility is immaculate and the equipment/ massage beds are always working. Not to mention the staff is super friendly. I live over on Coors and the 30 minute drive is 100% worth it.

To sum, Defined Fitness new Hilltop location pool is very poorly engineered. The shallow end only expands about 15 ft, then it gets real deep (5ft) quickly. Further, the deep 3/4 of the pool seem over 5 ft deep. This is dysfunctional for classes because most members are then confined to a very small area in the shallow end near the wall which means crowded and no space left for lap swimmers. I also think the pool is a bit shorter than 25 yards but havent measured it. For back-stroke lap swimmers, there are no flags over the pool. I got a nasty cut on my head 2 days ago which looks fresh still from bashing my bald head into the wall. That could easily be fixed since plastic flags on a rope are cheap. The chemical balance also seems off but I'm not an expert in that area so aren't qualified to comment. Water temp is nice at least.

I love this gym! Everyone has been extremely helpful. The “greet” team welcomes you by name, the “trainers” are top notch, and the “detail” team keep the place spotless. They take a vested interest in the goals. I really appreciate you guys and feel lucky to joined such a wonderful gym.Extra big thank you to Annette, Crystal, Hannah, and Warren for making this place feel so special.

Straight up Trash and overpriced, plus they charge for guest, honestly, their is a GYM that is going to put Define Fitness out of business soon.... You guys better work on lowering your prices for a mediocre facility.

It’s a decent gym, but I set my sunglasses down for maybe 30 seconds and when I turned around they were stolen. Be vigilant at this facility.

Nice place but they are missing some really cool new and updated equipment. Definitely prefer my Chuze Pass over my Defined any day of the week.

These reviews are for the OLD location. You can't have 6-9 year old reviews for a club that opened this month. Take any of these reviews with a grain of salt as they are not for the new location. I used to enjoy the old location and haven't been to the new location yet. Any reviews regarding the location, equipment, facilities, are for the old location. I assume most of the staff is the same, but that might not even be true.

This place is a full on scam. Don't sign up. the majority of encounters I am having with Defined fitness often involve a horrifying recurring experience of being told something, and quickly gaslit and made to believe I somehow made it up or imagined it.I don’t experience this problem elsewhere in my life. But again and again, the promises made to me by Defined fitness come to be completely disparate and conflicting with the reality I later experience, more examples of which I will detail in depth below.I opted to purchase a personal training package for approximately $300. This transaction included a lengthy and verbose contract, which apparently specified an expiration date for the service.I was not given a digital or printed copy of the contract. A written copy would have provided a helpful reminder to schedule my sessions before the “expiration date”. It also would have been appreciatedl if the staff at Defined Fitness could have indicated the exact date that I should expect the sessions to expire. This was not provided nor was a copy of the paperwork. While I had scheduled all of my sessions before my travels, several of the trainers I was working with left Defined Fitness, and my personal training sessions were often cancelled and moved around. This also made it impossible to get in all of my sessions in the allotted time frame. As an aside, the quality of these personal training sessions is ranged from mediocre to poor. In my personal experience thirty minutes is not an adequate amount of time for a substantial workout. My friends and family expressed similar negative experiences, one being that the trainers pushed them too hard to the point of injury and discomfort, and were not respectful or sympathetic to their fitness level. I wasn’t happen with the service either, and wouldn’t sign up for it again. In fact, the most fitness progress I experienced during my membership with Defined was on the two month sabbatical when I wasn’t using the facility at all. When I returned in April to schedule my personal training session, I was informed I was unable to schedule a time because it had “expired”.This didn’t sit right with me from an ethical or moral business perspective. I believe it is questionable to put an “expiration date” on service products you sell to customers. I work in the service business, and if a client pays me for a service, I honor it in perpetuity. If a service must expire, a year or more is a much more reasonable and adequate time frame, considering the chaotic rotation of scheduling and high turnover of trainers at the Hilltop club.the reaction from upper management signaled a red flag for me. I found it disconcerting that a business I had been so loyal to would willingly jeopardize a long term customer relationship valued at thousands of dollars to haggle over a $65 service that could be just as easily honored than debated.Defined fitness reasoned that they could not forgive my scheduling misunderstanding due to a contract I initialed. At this time, I realized I was never given or offered a copy of any such contract. If I had a copy of this paperwork on hand, I certainly could have better remembered to schedule my personal training session within the adequate time frame. That is when I realized I was never given paperwork, contracts, documentation, explanation of charges, or receipts for any of my transactions with this company, either via print or email. The only documentation I had as evidence was the charges to our credit card statement, which I began looking into. This is when I discovered multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card. This realization began to validate tmy instinct that I might be dealing with predatory, coercive, and potentially fraudulent company.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. The yoga teachers are amazing, Miss Chris and Mr. Kyle are great!!! My trainers, Hannah and Rebecca, have helped me in one of the darkest times of my life. I began going for my mental health. And now if I don’t go, I feel the blues rolling in. My trainers are gentle in spirit and motivating in actions. I never feel judged, wimpy or like a loser. I’ve literally come in tears and left with a smile. The overall staff is welcoming, kind and encouraging. And!!! I’m lifting more weight than I ever imagined possible for myself. I’m beyond grateful for this gym and the people who make it so safe and wonderful. Well done!!!

We sent an email concerning:-inadequate parking lot lighting (family member tripped in parking lot and was never addressed).-suspicious activities (kids coming out of sauna fully clothed with shoes on and back packs - exchanging unknown items) in the sauna area with little to no routine checks by staff.-too many members taking videos or pictures of themselves with you in the background-pool corner walls have concerning black looking mold.-gym claims to be sanitizing and keeping things clean but it's a very dirty gym with very little upkeep and poor maintenance. Also they don't do their routine checks like they claim, staff does nothing but stand around and talk to each other.**We tried cancelling our membership without any penalties and this was managements reply. GYM MEMBERSHIP IS NOT WORTH IT, GO ELSEWHERE.
