The new gym is kind of a bummer. It's usually hot, and the music is too loud. The 6 lane pool at the old location was always full, so I don't know why corporate thought 4 lanes are enough now.

I have a trainer every Wednesday. I have 4 more sessions left. I am trying to get my body back in shape. I was sick for a couple of months, and need my muscles built back up to support my skeleton.

It’s a fine place to work out with good classes, but why not post holiday hours on the door like you used to or at least make sure all employees are informed so they don’t give out mis-information? The first time I saw revised schedules out was today when I showed up for a class that wasn’t happening as per the advice of the front desk. Frustrating.Also, why is the music pumped out so loud especially on Sunday evenings? When we all have our own earbuds what is the point of that? What is defined fitness contracted to promote? All that happens as we turn off our earbuds louder, and make ourselves more deaf.

Gym is okay, management is what ruins the experience. If you’re over charged be prepared to not get any help on the issue. Manager is very dismissive and will not help or return calls. Can’t wait to end my lease so I can find a more affordable gym. It is not worth the $40 plus dollars.

I hesitate Giving this gym a review because it’s a hidden gem and i dont Want it to get more busy but this gym is beautiful. This is my second gym day at this location and it’s my new home gym from now on. The amentities are so nice and new and the sauna in the woman’s locker room is so nice and big!!! So happy!

beware of the parking lot!! extremely suspicious activities!! Going on!!! Don’t park there unless you want a part of your car stolen!! I suggest you update your security measures! Won't be returning.
