Currently having a Bad Experience.Credit card expired, behind 2 months.Their Late Fees are 32.26 per month.I’m hoping they will show some business prowess, and mitigate this to keep my business, will see, V Angered.I have great credit- would become a long term member! I’m hoping management will mitigate this Bad Business Practice.I would have been here for years.I would not want to Promote them to any one if they do not mitigate this!

Ii was contemplating joining Defined Fitness so my first inclination was to check the reviews. The reviews dating back to a year ago were mostly great--sounds like the Rio Club was awesome at the onset. However, the more recent ones, up to 10 months ago, are mostly dismal (ouch!). Sounds like there are BIG problems with properly and consistently maintaining equipment, the sauna and showers; too many breakdowns and slow fixes.Sounds like there were changes in management (bad ones) or a change in management's commitment to quality. For heavens sake, the responses to the complaints are all the same lackluster response. "We are sorry to hear of your recent experience. We are serious about fitness and strive to create the best possible workout environment for our members". THE WORST.

So far, so good. New to Silver Sneakers. Very nice facilities. Geo and Tyler M have been fabulous, very patient, informative, and patient. Good start to the new year.

No one should have to be subjected to seeing others feet in the gym. especially when the guy loves to spread out, stretch and touch his feet on equipment we all use and touch.

Unfortunately there is no hooks to hang your towels or places to put your shampoo/soaps in the shower. Two showers in women shower not working. One shower by the pool only worked when you are required to shower from the pool to the hot tub etcNo plastic bags to put wet swim wear when you are not to leave floors wet in dressing room

I would like to know when the kids room is "at capacity" so I don't drive all the way there to see a bunch of people behind the front desk but one person in the kids room not accepting any more until one leaves. Does not make sense. Post it some where, maybe send a txt to parents. This has happen more than 3 times.

When I first started attending the gym, it was very nice and clean, but the place is starting to look rundown. Several machines are in need of repairs, and it seems like they are in no hurry to fix anything. The staff keeps saying they are waiting on parts to fix the machines as they have built a new gym about five.miles away. I have seen people who have stopped coming because they refuse to fix equipment. I know they can do better.

This Gym for being as new as it is has its issues. The Bathrooms are always broken for months at a time. (Toilets, Sinks, Sauna) The bathrooms are NEVER cleaned. I found the same gum in the Urinal Friday that was there Sunday. The equipment is squawky but does mostly work. My biggest issue is how dirty and not clean it is. For 44 a month X5,000+ members (A solid guess) They have the funds to upkeep this Gym better.

They take money out of your account but say you didn’t pay . And then we showed proof 3 times and the following month they take out double payments and late fee.. I called again today and I get the same story they will look into it and will get back to me.. would be nice if I could get the corporate people to even call back too.
