I used to love this gym, now it's gone down hill.Mostly because of their neglect of maintenance on the floor equipment and the mens locker/bathroom.All the urinals are out of service and have been for some time now. Bathroom is always disgusting and they never have any hand soap. Some of the workers just walk around and talk with their friends the whole time.Really disappointed

Overall facility is nice. It lacks greatly in cleanliness. Treadmills and surrounding floors are "always" dirty. Yet staff is always behind desk just chatting (when they should be cleaning). For as long as they've been open, not all treadmill TVs work correctly; some get some channels others get other channels, so inconsistent and frustrating, yet management always says they're working on it. A lot of money to pay monthly for a half clean, half working gym.

Nice gym, great staff, good equipment but.. The music is way to loud. Cleanliness is poor. Stalls in the bathroom are continuously out of toilet paper. Sinks broken and half of them are out of soap. I've heard rolhe men's room is even worse. Treadmills dusty and floor unswept for days. A q-tip was left at the deadlift station for a week. Where's the manager? Very disappointing.

My husband went a month or two ago to cancel our membership and was told that we would no longer be charged because our accounts would switch to monthy, instead of paying for the year again. We had already stopped going, but understood we paid for the year so we rode that out. Yesterday, Sept 1, my husband notices a charge on our credit card of $150 from defined fitness. He goes and talks to them, because he knows they told him we wouldn't be charged, yet there's $150 going to Defined Fitness. Long story short, they told us that since there was no proof we canceled it, they were not going to do anything. They refused to give our money back, although they did cancel our membership today. I suppose we just have to trust they won't find another loop hole to charge us again. He asked for the money back since he canceled it the same day the money was taken out and obviously there was a misunderstanding on Defined Fitness's side, but instead of Defined Fitness taking any responsibility and making it right, they refused again. If they looked into our accounts, they would find we have stopped going for months now. They only care about your money. Disgusting business practice in this already difficult economy.EDIT 10/01/2022:Defined fitness did charge our card again for reasons unknown. VERY shady business! Please be careful if you have a membership here.

I really love this gym. Even during the busy hours it never feels crowded. Has everything you could ask for in terms of equipment and amenities. It’s also the cleanest gym I have ever been in.

This is a wonderful gym. My only complaints have nothing to do with the gym itself, and the stupid mask restrictions and other covid related nonsense. The staff is always super nice, and the gym is maintained to the highest level. The swimming pool is awesome. Definitely the best gym you're going to find in this area. I do wish they had later hours, being a night owl that would be nice. Even if only like 2 times a week they were open till like 1 am or something. It's a new building and very nice, with a great selection of machines and weights.

First off I would like to say that I would give this gym a 0 on the star rating.I signed up for a membership back in May. The person that signed me up didn't explain how everything works. They didn't say anything about a 100 dollars buy out fee to cancel your membership. As well as a 75 dollar fee so that they can get new equipment. So at the end of last month I cancelled my membership. I was fine with paying the fee for this month which should have only been 43 dollars and some change but instead I charged 75 dollars. So I went to this gym and I asked to speak to a manager. The guy that helped me explained what was going on but then did go get the manager. He just walked over to the office walked in and walked out. And said unfortunately there is nothing we can do because the charge already went through.I am very disappointed with the customer service that I had received. It was like the manager didn't want to come out and talk to the customer. They didn't make any effort to try and fix the problem. The workers just kept on saying Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. As there answer for everything. So with that being said I would go to a gym that actually cares about there customers. Because this situation that happened shows that they don't care about the customer they only care about the money.

I’m thrilled that Defined opened this new location. Not only is it convenient but I was surprised to learn of all the amenities and extra space put into this place! Dominic was courteous, helpful and offered me a tour around the entire space. There’s an outdoor CrossFit space with extra equipment, a ton of cardio machines (lined up against windows for viewing pleasure), hydro massage room, spin room, SAUNA and a pool. The price is so affordable I really can’t believe I’m getting all of this -plus access to any other location. Hands down, best gym I’ve seen out here.
