Love this gym. Clean and the staff is friendly. Gets pretty busy but I am usually able to complete what I set out to do.

I had the best experience with Omar at the RIO RANCHO GYM .... My self and my boyfriend had a lot of questions and answered all of them thoroughly. If we ever move back we defiantly use this gym again...

I loved defined, it's a great place to workout. I ran into a issue and Omar was very polite, understanding to my problem. He went above and beyond for my husband and I. Thanks Omar. We appreciate you.

The gym is decent and i don’t have a problem with the setup, however my only problem is it seems to be packed from 4pm to closing and it sucks because most of the people are BSing around and not even using the equipment. Not that great of an experience for what they charge people in that regard!

I signed my two grandsons up for memberships. The boys eventually stopped going. On 11/29/22 I went to the site and canceled both memberships. I was told that I had already been charged for Dec. because, they collect for memberships on the 25th of the month. But I was charged for one of the memberships again on Jan./23. I talked to my third General Manager, John Seigler (not sure of spelling). He said he understood, and he would refund, and he did. Then I was charged again in Feb. In early March I spoke to the same G.M. and was told he would have them send a check by mail. In early April he told me the check was in the mail. Now on April 20th I called my favorite G.M. and was told the check had been processed in March and should arrive soon. Immediately, after this I was called by a young woman. She said that she was processing the check now, but she needed a bank statement from me. So, I called the G.M. and told him they had not processed the check in March as he had said, and now they want a bank statement. He said that he didn't know why they wanted the statement but, if I did not send it I would not receive a check. Then he scoffed that someone would go to court for $43.00. I hung up. Please know that if you sign up for membership it may be a lifetime commitment. They seem to make it as hard as possible to end membership. When I asked how two memberships were cancelled on the same day by the same person, but only one was actually ended. My answer was human error.

WHY IS THERE NO SOAP??? I pay a lot for my family and I but the last couple of days, ZERO SOAP in the bathrooms. Others have complained and that means people are just wiping their butts and not able to wash their hands. NASTY. I asked an employee this morning and he said that “the closing crew sucks” then laughed. WOW. So everyone knows it’s a problem but nobody does anything. What a horrible business. Will look into Sports and Wellness. You guys are a dirty gym.

Really enjoy the variety of machines available. Facilities are well kept and clean.

Excellent staff who care about all their clients- from high school youths to nationally known professional athletes. They offer physical therapy for athletes looking to get back on the field or seniors who need strength training to manage daily activity. They offer child care services while working parents stay fit, a sauna & even a swimming pool for water therapy, training and enjoyment. Beautiful facility and equipment. Excellent bathroom set up-showers separate from toilet areas! Friendly welcoming staff.

POOR MANAGEMENT!!! I called the club to voice my concerns and the little girl who answered the phone would not let me talk to the manager and insisted I tell her what my complaint was. Then the little girl pretended to go get the manager but I’m 99% sure it was the little girl who got back on the phone. I’ve been with defined fitness for over 17 years and I don’t think I will ever go back because this incident completely turned me off. This organization does not value there members.
