Staff here are helpful and doing their best. Company leaves a LOT to be desired. They do NOT allow you to cancel or modify your membership unless you go into the location you joined! I realize we're living in the darkest timeline but, c'mon! It's 2021, and your corporate policy is to force an unhappy customer to go in, in person?! Did you think you were going to get anything other than 1 star?

I like this gym overall. Def worth the price. Some workers are so nice and others literally look like they hate you. not going to renew my membership but mostly because I want more in a gym. Thank you to those workers that were polite :)

The friends made with “regulars” is the best!Hints and helps here and there. Encourage to those with set goals and the conversations with other like minds...Fantastic place. With my disabilities this is a game changing life saver for me!

Always make sure you get all the information verified by a manager or someone who can be held accountable for giving out the wrong information. I joined and asked the worker who signed me up if it was on a contract. Only to find out that it was on a contract when trying to end my membership. Not only did I have to pay $50 to start the membership but $62 to end it because it is on contract. I travel for work so am frequently having to change gyms based of where I am stationed. I would have never signed up if I would have know it was on a contract, so it is disappointing that that was not stated even after I asked.

The Planet Fitness on Palm Valley is exceptional. It is always very clean, and the morning staff always greets me by name as soon as I walk in. The one thing that bugs me is that sometimes, when I arrive at 4am, there are weights laying around and barbells left unracked. But this is mostly the fault of lazy gym goers. I do wish there were squat racks and free weight barbells, but overall it has everything I need to do my strength training.

I've been on my business phone for 30 minutes to speak about membership. I've been on my cell waiting for an automated call back the recording tells you you're gonna get shortly. None of them are happening. Now imagine, this is trying to join. Think about when you have a billing issue and none of these people answer or call back. There is no number for the location. One number fits all locations. So, there you go. Taking money but, not available to resolve issues over the phone. Oh, but there is a message that says that if you're calling about a large amount taken from your account it's for your yearly fee. So they're on cue about taking money but not providing a good service. This includes the customer service experience. If no one is there at the location to answer the phone, how do you know when your issue will be resolved at the location?Oh, by the way it's been now 45 minutes waiting and no answer. See what I mean?

I LOVE this gym. It's very open and clean, and they don't allow you to work out unless you're wearing a mask. They make it easy to clean equipment after using it with multiple stations that also include hand sanitizer. If I catch COVID, I know it won't be because I worked out here. The color scheme, music, multiple screens, top of the line equipment, locker rooms, and knowledgeable staff are pretty great too. I've always been a sedentary creature, but I look forward to coming here. It's crazy.

I actually love this place. I travel throughout Texas and visit many PF locations(black card member perk). I am greeted every time I walk in, the staff is great! They always have a smile at the desk. I'm happy with the selection of equipment. The gym is very clean. The equipment works well and everybody doesn’t sit and stare at you. I love that you can get rewards for coming and you can use them on things at the gym.I am completely satisfied!

I absolutely LOVE this place! They are clean, cool and have crazy friendly staff! They are keeping with city requirements while making sure their patrons are socially distanced and protected while in their facility! They have all the machines and equipment you could need and my goodness, I went from paying LA $50 a month to paying $10 (and for just $10 more you get the FAB black card!) I made the switch a few years ago and I haven't looked back for a moment! SO grateful for this place!! If you're thinking about joining, give it a try. As for this counselor- best antidepressant in the world is a little bit of physical exercise!!!

Planet Fitness in Round Rock. Staff is very professional. It is a great inexpensive alternative to the standard high price workout gyms. For $10 a month you have access to most equipment that the bigger gyms have. For $20 a month, you have access to tanning booths ans massage chairs, as well as access to other gym locations. Overall, a great value for the money
