Always overcrowded, minefields of gym bags laying around everywhere, weights are never put away and almost never in the right spot, everything is dirty

Poor and insufficient machine selection (e.x. the leg press machine is terrible and there is 1 smith machine and only 3 squat racks in the entire gym). The good equipment is constantly out of order (pec deck/reverse fly machine). Would rate 1 star if the gym wasn't open 24 hours a day.

I called to see if the Sauna was on. They said yes. I came in. The Sauna was off and it was dead cold. I asked about the Sauna to be turned on. They said it was just turned on 10 minutes ago. 30 minutes later, the sauna was still dead cold. More than 15 people complained. Management and staff did not care to fix this issue. Lazy and unreliable.Don’t lie. We have busy lives to get to.

Reviewing as my membership anniversary is closer.Pool is great. Employees are friendly and always try to keep the floor clean. Yoga Stereo is well clean and maintained.lack of equipment maintenance: A few broken machines are not fixed & left sitting there from many months. There’re more broken machines now. Hooks in men shower room will never fixed. 5 outta 7 showers are now labeled as not working. compared to LA fitness I once used across the town, sauna need a lot of deep clean up or have a consistent cleaning.On quality of gym members: One ethnic group is seemed noticeably more than others. Many of them (adults in their 30+) use gym as their hangout place. They always chatting in their native language & often inconsiderate of other needs for equipment use during busy hours. They always bring “buddies” and crowded this place. That how you always have such group of people gathering at 1 machine with their stuffs all around nearby machines. “Buddy Pass” should be ended.Overall, it’s average gym. I won’t recommend to start with annual membership.

Absolutely the worst 24hr fitness location that exists in Sacramento. The ventilation is horrible, everything is filthy. The machines are crowded. It’s like being in a packed sardine can. 80% of the staff are useless, sit on their phones and should be laid off. Really running an inefficient operation, definitely never coming back

If a negative amount of stars was possible that's what they would be receiving! I don't understand how this facility remains open. Its always extremely dirty! Its super hot and to top it off they haven't had paper towels all weekend! I see they respond saying they will correct these issues but they NEVER do! This place is beyond unsanitary it is a literal health hazard!

This place is just nasty‼️ Nobody cleans this facility or wipes down anything‼️ Corporate needs to come and check this facility out and really find out what their employees are doing‼️ We pay for what some nasty machines that haven’t been wiped down‼️
