When I say I almost vomit going into the sauna every morning it’s pretty disgusting. They never ever clean it. The gym is always dirty. I wouldn’t shower if I was paid to do so. It’s just horrible but i paid a year in advance so I’m stuck. I will not renew my membership after it’s over in October. The sign shows they do not clean up or they would see this. Shameful

Great place to work out. People are friendly and helpful. John, Thomas, Kyle and Edwin make sure we are welcomed every day. They make this gym feel like home and they treat you like family. Pool is great for Physical Therapy which I am doing.

Immature staff that likes to harrass underage member's. On July 31 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm. Me and my two son's, age 15, and 16 we're at this club yesterday and my 16 year old was harassed repeatedly by several staff members over him not buttoning up his shirt. It first started out because he did not have a shirt on, but he put it on when the first staff member asked him to, but he didn't button it up. The staff member told him to button up his shirt and started raising his voice at him. I saw what was going on from the elliptical machine I was on and went up to the staff member and told him a few choice words. I thought it would be the end of it. But then about 30 minutes later two more staff members approached my son while he was on the tricep machine. They started telling him over and over and trying to bully him into buttoning up his shirt. I saw this from the treadmill I was on and approached them. When I first walked up, the 2 boy staff member's didn't even look at me when I was trying to talk to them. So to get them to acknowledge me, I put my hand up in front of his face to get his attention. The one I did it towards said "do not touch me" even though I didn't lay a finger on him. He kept talking over me, and wouldn't let me speak. I had to yell at these young disrespectful staffer boy's to get their attention. And that same day there were many people in the club that didn't have shirts on especially in the basketball court. Which per club rules everyone in the club is supposed to have a shirt on excluding the pool area. The problem is he had his shirt on it just wasn't buttoned up and they continuously kept messing with him, but no one else in the club. Finally I had spoken with the manager who made sure that my son wouldn't be harassed for the rest of our club visit. But why is your staff only harassing a young blonde white boy? And I mentioned it to the manager because all of the other people with no shirts on were not white. It seems they were trying to escalate thing's to start a fight. Probably because he looks much older than his age. But he is only 16. This is the first time this has happened in any club that we've been in. When is it within their jurisdiction to harass Club members?

Visited the gym, it is extremely nasty, Definitely an OSHA issue.

Very disgusting gym not clean at all, lockers rooms look horrible

This gym is actually disgusting I have a year membership so disappointed the drinking fountains have filth and grim all over them the showers are foul and the sauna is a literal health hazard. I should call the health department on this place.

I am very sorry, several machines are out of order maybe for more than 10 months!!!. The pool shower has been out of order for almost 3 months! nowadays, shower rooms, sauna and other parts of the gym are very polluted!!!

It is almost triple digits here in Sacramento today and this club indoor temp is 78 its so hott and humid makes me not even want to workout at this location. Asked front desk clerk to help and he simply shrugged his shoulders said its up to cooperate and no manager available on site until tomorrow. This is the worst club I've been too in my almost decade long membership with 24. I'm very frustrated as business is going great for you guys yet you can't even set the Air conditioning properly during triple digit summers out here. This needs to be addressed asap it is not ok. I will cancel my membership and all my families and friends along with leaving revealing reviews about this particular hott and filthy location with terrible customer service. Please fix this problem so we don't have to escalate it ,thank you I would like a call and email with you resolution. This is the email I sent to corporate let's see if they do anything or just want our money.

5/5/23 9pm. One of the dirtiest and grimy gyms I’ve been to. Staff doesn’t acknowledging you coming in at all they’re too busy on their phones. No greeting or welcoming. The floor is a mess with weights everywhere and every other machine is out of order. Dumbbells were missing and in the wrong place. Bathrooms were filthy, especially the men’s. Toilets and urinals looked like they haven’t been clean in days and some of them don’t even flush (yikes). There was even chewing gum in all the urinals which looked even more trashy. Just complete negligence of bathrooms unfortunately.
