I've been training with Ayaan at Body by Boulware now for about 6 months, and I've seen my life transform for the better. I've lost about 50 lbs now working with him (starting weight: 284, current weight: 238), and I'm only just getting started. Ayaan is extremely knowledgeable about the various exercises he has me do, and in a 30-45 minute session, I get an full, sweat drenching workout. My workout is broken up over two days, one upper body and one lower body. Ayaan knows a wide variety of ways to work out the same muscle, so no two workouts seem too similar. He’s also extremely motivating during the sets to push me to crank out a couple more reps, but still knows when to keep me safe while lifting. He regularly implements progressive overload with my sets, so even though I’m in a calorie restrictive state, I still maintain (or even build) as much muscle as possible. He also regularly stresses that showing up and working hard in the gym is only a small part of the process, and has coached me to improve my nutrition and stick to a sustainable plan. Ayaan and Josh both practice what they preach, in and out of the gym. I started training hoping to learn the basic of weight lifting so I could carry on with my training even without a personal trainer, and Ayaan has definitely equipped me with all the tools I need to keep lifting for life. With that said, I’m still going to train with Ayaan for a while to keep the momentum going until I reach my goal weight of 150lbs.

Josh is the best trainer I have worked with in my entire fitness journey (this says a lot - I even own a gym!). Josh is professional, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. He pushes me and sometimes I feel like I might die, but I am SO. MUCH. STRONGER because of it. I feel the change in my strength, even when I’m walking! In just 2 months, I have lost 7 lbs, but much more important - I have gained a ton of muscle and my body looks entirely different (including many inches lost). I've been working with Joshua for about a month. And I can already see and feel a difference. I have a lot of injuries do to the line of work I was in, and Joshua makes sure that he teaches me proper techniques in order not to aggravate past injuries or create new injuries. I can honestly say that I don't think of my injuries during the training sessions anymore, which was a concern of mine during my workouts. His knowledge and understanding of what it takes to be safe and have effective workouts is mind blowing and impressive, I can go on and on.I hired trainers in the past and no one comes close to Joshua. You want results and a great trainer, then Body By Boulware is your answer. I would definitely recommend Joshua and his trainers.

Josh and his team are great. The diet accountability is especially helpful. I'm moderately knowledgeable about diet and exercise, but having a team behind you to keep you on track and optimize workouts is extremely beneficial.
