I’m so grateful for Josh and the difference he has made in my life.After the reality hit of how much my body had changed during Covid, and not for the better, despite doing workouts at home and trying to stay in shape, I realized I needed help. I needed someone to push me and encourage me to train harder than I would push myself. I needed to take massive action to get back to my pre-covid body, and then some. On my 33rd birthday I made the commitment to get in the best shape of my life and Josh has helped me tremendously, making this goal feel within reach. I’ve been training with him for 6 weeks now, and I feel his commitment to my progress. He is sensitive to my strengths and weakness and tailors perfect workouts for helping me to level up and get progressively stronger. The day after a training session with him I can feel the exact muscles we focused on. He believes in my ability in the moments I am doubting myself and that makes all the difference. In addition to the workouts, he has provided me with guidance on my dietary habits that have been eye-opening to say the least. I realized that many of my eating habits were not as ideal as I thought they were and I was having a poor carbs to protein ratio to get the goals I was seeking. I’ve already made so much progress in 6 weeks, and I have massive confidence that in 6 more weeks I will be pretty close to my goal! Hiring Josh has been one of the best commitments I’ve made in a long time. Not only am I working on my body but I am overcoming perceived limitations in my mind as well. Knowing I can challenge myself in this way and succeed is building the strength and mental fortitude to know that I can do whatever else I set my mind to also. Gaining more confidence in life is truly priceless.

I had a c-section 5 months ago, for the last 2 months, Josh has been helping me gain muscle, lose inches and strengthen my core. I have a history of 2 bulging discs and with his attentive instruction I haven’t had a back issue since I started. I know I am always using the correct form and feel safe pushing myself physically knowing he is guiding me. I look forward to continuing with josh on my fitness journey.

I trained with Body by Boulware’s Josh and Handre for about two months and although it was a short amount of time I saw tremendous improvement in my weight, measurements, posture, and most importantly I feel better about myself inside and out. Training was very tough and pushed me to my limits but I always left feeling like an improved version of myself when I finished. These trainers don’t only work you out but create a sense of familiarity and comfortably, so I was always excited to come and train. I would strongly recommend beginning your elevated fitness journey with Body by Boulware.

Ms. Thai, 38, 5’5” - 11/03/2020I am at the highest weight I have ever been in my life. I tried gym memberships and end up paying month after month, but never go after the first few weeks. I have been doing this for a decade, obviously it is not working! I needed someone to make me – motivate me – inspire me to work out, so I had to get a trainer.I chose Josh Boulware because he had fantastic reviews. Boulware workouts are amazing because it is never the same. I have lost 17 lbs. in 2 months!! He will get your heart pumping, that is for sure. I have noticed a difference when I take photos. My skin is glowing and thinner! I feel more confident and beautiful than I have in years, and that is only with 2 months of training! I only train with him up to 3 times a week. I was sore every day since, but it is a good feeling of accomplishment.Josh Boulware sets you up with a meal plan for your fitness goals. There were times when I wanted to go off track, but he helped me stay consistent. I usually take naps by noon, but I have a lot of energy throughout the day. His meals plans are doable, and they work!!I recommend Josh Boulware if you are looking for a trainer.

It’s going on a month since I signed up with Josh and Olga and by far it’s the best decision I made this year. I needed the extra push, the discipline and the help to reach my goal. There are many times i wanted to give up but Olga and Josh kept pushing me and telling me to “be positive”. My trainer Olga gives me hope in my weight loss journey. She helps me with my diet and gives suggestions on what I should do, She’s the best. I highly recommend Body by Boulware Training, you won’t be disappointed.

Today was my one month check in with Josh! I’m typically a very self conscious person - but Josh made this entire process so comfortable for me. From the first phone call to the first meet and greet in person - I never once felt uncomfortable. He is easy going, friendly, and EXTREMELY educated. You can really tell how proud he is of his work and how passionate he is about his job. He truly has changed my life for the better and it’s only been a month. His colleagues (Ayaan) are so nice and motivating as-well. I can’t wait to see where I’m at in the next upcoming months. I was doing 3 days a week but now adding an extra day because I love working out so much (never thought I would be saying that lol). Like i said it’s only been a month but I’ve already lost inches, body fat % & gained a new sense of confidence. The workouts are hard but if you show up - stick to good nutrition, listen to Josh, you’ll get great results. but seriously, if you’re thinking of taking the step for turning your life / health around I 1000% recommend Body By Boulware!!

I have trained with the top trainers in Chicago, Beverly Hills, and the Cayman Islands and I can say without a doubt that Josh is the best trainer I’ve ever had. From day one he has been kind, respectful, and has made me feel comfortable- never judged, which is one of the most important things I seek in a trainer. He doesn’t have a “one size fits all” approach to training and each time I workout I know he has designed my workouts for my specific goals. It has been only been two months and I already see a significant difference in my body... I’m on my way to having a Body by Boulware. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to start training with Josh or any of his other trainers, let me make it easy for you: DO IT.

Josh is amazing! His training is extremely fitting for each individual goal. He is tough but makes you feel great about yourself afterwards. I came in with no idea how it was going to go and he walked me through every step of the way. My purpose was to go for a month, get help with the machines at the gym, and then be on my own, but I can’t stop going to him! He made me love going to the gym and being healthy. Also made a couple friends going to the partner training and I couldn’t be happier! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who isn’t sure where to start. For reference in just one month I have lost 1% body fat and feel so much more confident. It’s a great start and I can’t wait to keep pushing!

Over the past year, Josh has been instrumental in helping me meet and surpass my goals. He is mindful to prevent injuries; he’s motivational and attentive. From the moment the appointment starts, his focus is on his client; not his phone, other clients or in his head planning the day. He’s one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with or observed. Working out with Josh has definitely been a game changer for me! He’s helped me get my diet right and has kept me motivated during his challenging work outs. He’s super knowledgeable and passionate about all things fitness. I know with him it will only be a matter of time before I reach my goals.
