Josh is the absolute best at what he does! I came into this very nervous especially since the last time i worked out was over 2 years ago. He made this super comfortable and has helped me every step of the way. It’s not easy to get to where you want to be but having someone like josh to guide you makes it a lot easier and motivating. Best investment I’ve made on myself. Josh and Nick are very professional and personable. I love how I didn’t have to go on a eating plan but instead Josh worked around my regular eating habit and helped me understand how the food I eat affects my body and best time to eat them. Feels great I don’t have to count calories! Our trainer Nick is just awesome! He takes the time to make sure we are doing the workout properly. Form is everything and every session hurts so good! lol

Josh and Nick are absolutely awesome trainers. They are very professional on the business aspect and very genuinely dedicated when it comes to my personal training. I have health issues with my joints and these guys know how to accommodate my training for that. I am going on my third month with them and I have seen a significant improvement in my strength and stamina. I love Nick’s unique way of strength and weight training with me and my friend. He’s very dedicated in his training and I actually look forward to our training sessions with him. Josh advises us on our nutrition and really educates us on what our needs are.These two guys are true gems to the industry. Before I met Josh, I had never worked with a trainer and I had no idea what to expect. I reached out to another one of his clients to ask about her experience and she could not stop raving about him. If I had not been certain about him after our initial consultation, I was after my interaction with her. Josh's attention to detail sets him apart from everyone else. He tailors the workouts and creates a nutrition plan to work with your body so that you can achieve the best results. In our first session one of the things I needed to work on was the way I was doing my squats. Josh's critique corrected the way I was doing this exercise and has made a difference in all of our sessions. With each workout my form continues to improve. I can see and feel the difference in my movements. Here we are a little over three months later and I've lost almost 20 pounds (despite being in quarantine). I can see the difference in my body, I have more energy and my nutrition is perfectly catered to me so I've been able to stick with it. Anytime I have questions about trying something new to eat or portion sizes, Josh is there to answer my questions and offer substitutions or slight recipe alterations, if needed. He goes above and beyond to make sure we're accomplishing my health and fitness goals. I look forward to continuing to see what we can achieve. If you're looking for a trainer, you've found him.

Josh is incredible! I’ve always struggled with consistency and would get discouraged and bored at the gym. Josh makes training fun while being effective! He’s even fixed my form, which I didn’t even know was wrong. He’s taken the time to make a personalized plan just for me and my goals and is flexible with my changing schedule. Training with Josh has been a journey! This is my second time working out with Josh and it has been just as successful as it was the first time! In 2017, I lost 30lbs in 10 weeks. Despite gaining the weight back, I knew that once I was ready for another journey, Josh would be there to help me get back on track! Josh is a phenomenal trainer and an amazing motivator. Joshua has always been a great trainer. I trained with him in 2017 and with his help and knowledge I lost 30lbs in 10 weeks!! Now that I am training with him again, I see that he has grown a ton as a personal trainer since then and know that my weight loss journey is in good hands! Josh has a keen way of connecting with his clients which sets him apart from other trainers. He takes the time to understand your fitness goals and provide guidance (in and out of the gym) for you to achieve those goals. I’ve been training with Josh for a month and no workout has been the same! He challenges me and ensures I don’t injure myself by correcting my form. My focus has been weight loss and increased flexibility and this first month has been great! I’m down 15 lbs and 5+ inches overall. Hire Josh!
