I hired a personal trainer to get into better shape and hold me accountable for my workouts. Josh has been an amazing trainer. He’s passionate, motivating, and knowledgeable about the body and the best ways to train it. I love how he takes into careful consideration each persons unique body type and creates a workout plan for them. During my assessment he immediately recognized that I was an ex athlete and has continued to push me like an athlete during my workouts. He listened to my goals and has kept me focused and motivated on my diet and exercise. I cannot believe how much of a difference I have seen in myself after just one month of working with Josh. I am extremely excited to keep tackling new goals along the way!

I’ve been training with Josh for 2 months now, and so far it’s going really well. My fitness goal is to tone and build muscle. When I first reached out to Josh, he was super responsive to my initial message and was able to schedule me in for an assessment the following morning. He’s personable, loves what he does, and is super knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition. Josh holds me accountable for my personal and fitness goals and pushes me on days where I’m unmotivated... exactly what I was looking for in a trainer. Since I’ve been training with Josh, I’ve noticed a positive change in my energy level and appearance. I’m maintaining my body weight and building muscle in the right places. I definitely recommend Body by Boulware to anyone looking for great quality personal training.

I was seeking personal training after experiencing a 42lb weight gain over an 8 month period. I wanted a trainer who would push me to my limits and truly transform my body. I truly found that with Body by Boulware! I am on week 4 and have lost 5lbs and a total of 11.5 inches off of my whole body!I received nutritional guidance and great encouragement! Josh is an amazing teacher. I would never have been able to reach my goals so far if he wasn’t there to help train! From the start Josh pushes you to not just reach where you want to be, but extended you further than your original goal! 11/10.

If you are looking for a trainer that will push you to your limits but also motivate you at the same time well Josh is the trainer for you. I have been training with him for 2 1/2 months now and the journey has been life changing so far. Every workout is tailored to you so you don’t have to worry about not being able to complete a workout. Body by Boulware is the way to go.

I searched all over to find a local trainer. Although I’m active in the gym, I needed more accountability and new techniques. I found Josh, read his bio, reviews and customer pics and decided to contact him. He gives you a workable nutrition plan and won’t go easy on you. Each work out included multiple muscle groups and you will feel it and see that change. With anything, this is all up to as to how hard you want to go but I guarantee if you do give 100% , it will be well worth it!! Good luck walking to the car after a work out!
