Antonio is a outstanding and excellent manager. He was able to help us save money being on a family plan. Always being helpful. The California Family Fitness on Florin Road and Freeport Blvd is kept clean. Antonio is always doing his inspections and cleanup rounds through out the fitness center. Rest rooms are clean and orderly. Fitness equipment are in good working safe condition. His staff is very friendly. Greeting each member entering and when leaving saying enjoy your day. All done with a great smile. They take a lot pride being at work. This makes our work outs enjoyable and the rest of our day feeling more energetic and being in a happier mood. Helping us complete our health goals!Thank you

I just signed up today after years of being out the gym. Tim helped me through the process of signing up. He was professional and personable and made the process smooth. The two young ladies in the kids club were very warm and welcoming with my 2 year old. At first he was shy but warmed up quickly with their help. The club was clean with a variety of workout equipment and a HIIT zone I'm excited to try. It was also cool to see the trainers on the floor. Great atmosphere! Thank you Cal Fit!

I love the exercise classes they offer, they really help motivate me to workout and reach my goal to lose weight and get stronger.

Elisha Shaffer and I were at a hot tub nearly every day whether it be in Chico or in Elk Grove at the family fitness center or at the Best Western Galt wherever they had a hot tub we were there! CFFC is such a lush and Wonderful gym!!

Coded from a cardiac event on the stretching apparatus near the front doors - January 2016, age 56 (not CFF’s fault). Staff and two members saved me - still hoping to meet and thank those members. After cardiac rehab, the treadmill became my bff - we just celebrated my 2nd fourth birthday with a 650 calorie burn session, lol!

I really love the vibe and layout of this gym compared to the others I've been to. Would be a 5 star rating if they had a pool and indoor track tho

My CFF exercise experience was Very enjoyable! Especially they have separate SPA Room at lack room, that make my SPA experience very relaxing! The environment was clear, organized also!
