I LOVE this gym! The staff is very friendly, I always see employees cleaning (its a VERY clean location), and if you need a personal trainer you HAVE to go with Tyrone! He's absolutely amazing and very motivating. He even adjusts the workouts for me since I have bad knees. Cant go wrong with this location

Im a single location member of CalFamFit at another location and wanted to change my membership to this location. Its been a month and spoken to 5 people and twice was assured it was taken care of, and of course it hasn't been. The last contact(the fifth) was to tell me the 4th contact no longer works there and didn't handle it correctly. Why is this not a 5min. transaction that can be handled at the front desk. Bottom line I'll finish out my contract at the original location then find another gym. Life is too short to deal with nonsense like this. My advice-go somewhere else.
