Wish I could leave less. Negotiated a freeze due to Covid job loss. They fired up membership dues at full price knowing they're offering less than half the gyms, and well under half the resources. Head office NEVER answers the phone. They took 109 dollars out my bank account without authorization. It is very hard to cancel.

I attempted to sign myself and family up for a memebership. First attempt, I submitted an online request and two weeks later no response. Second attempt, I went into the gym. There was no one there to register me and was given the manger Jose card. Third attempt, I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Sarah pick up she said she was one of the managers. I explained to her how difficult it was to sign up. She said she will have me speak with the manager Jose and will tell him all that happen but when she forward the call to whom I thought was Jose she actually forward me to a regular representative name Marco to register me and told him nothing about how horrible my experience was with customer service. They offered me no real discount for my trouble. Just the deals that was already being offered. I can tell they don't pride them selves of customer service. I will be looking elsewhere for a membership.

I really enjoy this club. It's has most of all the equipment I like use , the staff is friendly and its always clean!!

I had signed up during a special for a 5 day trial, $0 down. I was not informed that I would be a put on a 1 year contract if I do not cancel. My fault for not cancelling after 5 days but if its past the 5 days they will charge a $300 cancellation fee. You read that right, THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I was not informed on any of this information except was told to sign a piece of paper. SAVAGE.

Parking can be tough during the times I go 5-7. Overall, Clean facilities, amazing staff and child care has always been amazing. Can’t complain.

Gym is generally maintained well and broken equipment is posted and repaired in a reasonable timeframe. The locker room & sauna is well-maintained in terms of overall cleanliness and sanitation.The front desk staff are generally friendly, courteous and cordial. My only issue has been the inconsistent and unpredictable TV programming channels. It does appear the problem may have been rectified recently. For example, on some days CNN is actually CNN news. Other times, when I've requested a channel change to CNN, the channel is an infomercial. NBC was not a regular viewing channel until only recently. Staff would explain that there's was some technical programming problem management was working on correcting.

This gym is great! The have everything from tennis courts to saunas. Customer service here is great. However they seem understaffed at night. We wanted to use the rock climbing wall and half the time we cant because staff is not available.

California Family Fitness has always been my gym of choice. I have been going close to 4 years now, and still love it. The staff does a great job at keeping the facility clean, while also being very polite to members. Highly recommend.

The gym is pretty nice, it’s well-maintained. It’s not too crowded. Most of the staff are nice. I love the personal trainers — they’re super personable. However, when it comes to trying to make modifications on your account, if it’s not making money for them, this location doesn’t care. I’ve tried to make changes for three days, and they keep giving me BS answers. “We can’t make changes today.” Well why not? “They’ll be with you in 3-5 minutes.” 25 minutes later, they’re with a client. Even though I’m staring at people without a client who take care of accounts. It’s ridiculous.

I love Calfit. My kids like the childcare, and all the different locations to go to keep things from getting boring. Staff are super friendly, the clientele at the gym are generally positive and respectful, everything is clean and well stocked. The only issue I’ve seen are windows getting smashed in the parking lot at the Pocket location (my main gym) so do not leave anything in your parked car!
