I use to absolutely HATE going to the gym! The staff here is fabulous! Super friendly, not pushy with sales. They totaly understand I'm on a very tight budget & work with me. I wish they were just a little cheaper. The trainer Denise is wonderful. She is very motivating and knows how to work with those who have injuries or things like bad knees or back.

The facility is very nice. Instructors are friendly, helpful, nice amenities to offer. I'm enjoying it! :)

It's around the corner from my house so it's convenient. The management is great but the water machine refill time is trash compared to other locations.

I like the gym and classes. But I schedule for my free 1 on 1 personal trainer 3 times. Twice the personal trainer no showed and once they had to reschedule.

Bait and hook trap. They tell you that you're getting a great deal and forget to mention extra fees and the fine print in the contract. My rate went from $75 to $135 in an instant. They signed me up over the phone but can't downgrade my membership over the phone. Like I want to go way back to your location to cancel?

Great place to come work out. Very clean equipment, good music playing, great staff. The personal trainers are very thorough and knowledgeable in whatever you need. Will be the only place I go to for my workouts.

They have a great staff and such a clean facility! The kids center is fantastic!

I'm 29. I've never been committed to going to the gym but this place makes it possible. The gym is cozy, not huge but perfect in my opinion.They offer many classes but my favorite are the Zumba n Ujam classes where everyone is so friendly, claps n high fives eachother which is motivating.Everytime you check into the gym as well as classes you get points which accumulate towards an awesome reward (free massage, free shirt, paid month...).The daycare staff is super friendly and my girls love the daycare program. Fridays are movie nights. They throw spirit weeks. They have a schedule available for view to see what awesome activities they have planned.The only downside is there is no pool but we can go to other cal fit locations when we want to go swimming so no biggie. There is a sauna and a steam room. Oh yeah and true the water bottle faucet thingy does suck compared to other cal fits as mentioned by someone in another review but it works.So this is my 9th month coming to this gym and I love it.

I've been a member here for about a year. I generally work out in the evenings after the crowd dies down. This club is clean and well equipped with handy facilities such as the movie theater workout room; my favorite. There's also a shining star employee named Ki that goes above and beyond every time I see him working. Ki is courteous, hard working, and friendly. He greets people with a loud and warm welcome every time he checks me in. And when he's not doing that, I always see him cleaning the facility. I've even seen him flip TV channels for what seemed like an eternity for another club member in the main cardio area. This club is top notch and I hope employees such as Ki get paid a well deserved top dollar.

Great place, friendly staff, amazing trainers who seem to genuinely care about me. I am working to drop 200 pounds. Christian is my main trainer, but Angel & Adan have also helped. All 3 are great but Christian is my favorite - extremely knowledgeable. Lots of classes but they can be cramped.
