Rude manager. Not really clean showers, dangerous wet floor in locker room, dirty swimming pool. I don't recommend go there. Other locations of 24h fitness are more preferable

They charge me 449$ for the annual fee without any notice and 14.99$ monthly fee. I called their customer service + emails them. They refused to refund. Many people have the same experience. This is shady business, do not buy a membership here.

Good gym but looks like the clientele no longer cares. Shower stalls are being destroyed and privacy film being removed. Bathroom smells. It needs a dedicated cleaning service to disinfect and sterilize. Used to go 5 days a week and now it's maybe 2, looking for another gym where I don't feel like I'll catch some MRSA or skin eating bacteria.
