Orangetheory Fitness

I thought the high energy environment was great because it encouraged me to work harder than I might have thought to if I were working out on my own. I also really liked the variety, since normally I would have chosen one style, like weightlifting or cardio, rather than both. Finally, I noticed that I really liked having someone else direct my workout because I could focus on the activity and my effort more!

The trial class was great but way more expensive than I was expecting. The prices are not posted anywhere online, and I wouldn't have bothered if I had known how much. The classes are $25each, even with a membership. Plus you either have to buy an Orange theory heart rate monitor ($130) or rent for an additional cost - currently not available because of Covid, but would end up being over $30 total per class.Great class, but two stars for value.

loved my every workout done there. First time I have seen changes in my overall health, body shape, if somebody really wna get serious about there health, weight loss, getting into shape, OTF is the one and only fitness studio for all this. Every single penny spent here is worth it! I would highly recommend OTF studio to everyone. THANKS OTF for making me healthier and fit.

Orange Theory is an awesome fitness program at its core, but programs are only as great as the coaches who support you through the classes. I can truly say that this location in particular has an amazing staff. From the folks who check you in, to the coaches who facilitate the workout sessions, everyone is kind and helpful. The coaches are not only pro's at demonstrating the moves, but they also walk around to encourage everyone to keep pushing through the workout, and correct your form in a way that is helpful and not embarrassing at all. Definitely recommend this location. Theeee best! 💕

We booked our first class at Rose garden center over the phone with a promotion $20 for 2 classes. We were charged $20 each and first class was scheduled.While booking the class, we were recommended to come 15 minutes early to the class to over the requisites.We reached the studio next day 10 minutes early and we were told that we can attend the class because we have strict 15 minutes policy.Another issue: They said we can honor $20 promotion if you already took 1 class before in another studioWe wasted our 1 hour just to realize we can't attend the class and they can't honor the promotion when it was already paid for a day before and we told over the phone that we are in the system because we took one class in other studio before.And the way we were turned out was too unprofessional and unpleasant.We have attended classes in other Orangetheory studios but this review is specifically for Rose garden studio.We love Orangetheory but sorry to say Rose garden studio is lacking in dealing with the customers, specially First timers.And the reply below is the perfect example of how you deal with customer. Manager/Owner is no different than staff as well :)

Love the coaches, Love the workout changes each time, Love the front desk staff helpfulness and friendliness

The variety of exercises keeps me engaged and the workout fresh. The instructors are very knowledgable and motivating. They are kind when they correct your form and, most important, you always feel welcomed for being there.

It’s never a dull day here. I love the way the coaches motivate the members to workout. Studio is clean and hygiene with friendly staff and good equipments to workout. Although I do not like orangetheory class and membership canceling policy, I am addicted to workout here! So I can't quit. Different and fun workouts everyday motivates me to achieve my fitness goals!
