When I first started going to this gym I Loved it- It was Clean & the Workers at the time were really nice! They were always cleaning the equipment& Really Helpful. I Usually go later in the night after 11pm because the crowds are gone & the machines are clean. Things have changed though & so have the staff(New Staff). They DONT clean the Machines like they use to & they're not polite. the most I see them do is change the trash bags & They're always Laying down in the "Black Spa" Area. I understand if you're on break, but all the time? The reason why I am bringing this up is because I was there a few nights ago & I asked the young man very nicely, who was at the time laying down on the sofa, with his shoes off, to on the Hydromassage bed for me . He got go up with an attitude, threw his phone on the sofa & then gave me a dirty look before he went to on the bed for me. I thought that was rude! Like its YOUR JOB I shouldn't feel bad because you're LAYING DOWN with your shoes off & you have to get up to do YOUR JOB! MANAGEMENT PLEASE TRAIN THE WORKERS TO DO THEIR JOB!

Everything I could ask in such an affordable fitness center. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the staff at the front desk often have their back turned, are in conversation, and don't seem to want to be there. The general manager is great though and clearly shows enthusiasm and motivation, but usually I'm not there when he's working.

A great place to workout. I'm big on privacy and I'm picky customer.. The staff here are very kind, helpful, and professional. I really like how it feels like I'm at my own private gym. No one bothering me, plenty of equipment, showers, and very clean. Keep it up!Only negative would be the sketchy parkinglot.

The most important stuff is solid: lots of machines, a good number of weights, attentive staff. Could really benefit from some more space, it's tough to do any sort of floor stuff without people walking over you. My biggest complaint about this place is the locker room. It's decently clean, but extremely cramped, and worst of all smells awful. They need to do like a deep clean of the drains or something, it smells like a fungus that's been setting in for years.

Gym on the smaller side, also with little natural light (basically it's one room, narrow and long). Not sure, but it feels like there is no A\C, only ceiling fans. Also it gets very crowded after 4.30pm. Overall good enough gym, with working cardio & weight machines, clean bathrooms.

Great staff, adequate equipment, doesn't perpetuate muscle head mentality. They have classes to keep you on track and have plenty of machines to choose from. Very welcoming and friendly gym.

For the business: Today my wife and I stopped by and Aylin signed us up. Her customer service was amazing, she was very thorough and really made us feel welcome.For the rest of you: Very clean, welcoming enviroment. We had specifically chosen Planet Fitness because we remember the time a woman tried to raise a ruckus about a trans-woman being in the facilities and how planet fitness handles the scenario. I have really bad anxiety and knowing that management has to have your back or their job is on the line really helps. Also, the kind of person who won't do the right thing in such a situation probably won't work at a place which has the level of focus on inclusivity and non judgement as planet fitness.WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY NEXT POINT (end trans-centric rant): in the past I have left gyms because working out while a roid ripping body builder is slamming weights and shouting "Work!" at people around them like it is going to help, is pretty off putting to someone who is just trying to get in, do their thing and be left alone. Planet Fitness makes it VERY CLEAR that you are to respect the equipment and the space of others. If you somehow get through signup without getting that message, there is enough signage around the building spelling it out.They have lots of cardio equipment and all of the essential weight stations. Another really nice perk that I have never seen before is that they provide a schedule which highlights the busiest hours, how about that my friends with anxiety?Want an inclusive, welcoming and positive environment to get in shape, maintain your physique or do whatever you do? Planet Fitness is the place.Thanks PF.

Good equipment. This is far from a Golds gym with iron pumping equitment or upscaled cardio equipment. But, it does the job.There are areas of leaks from the roof when it rains which isn't very good. Another major con is the turf they used, I may be allergic to it, every time I'm done with my workout the smell of the tar messes with my nose. It really sucks!

We went in for a tour. The guy was so helpful, we ended up getting two $20 a month plans just so we can use the black card area. I really like the vibe of this place and I believe it is all due to their rules! Good job planet fitness!!

Planet Fitness is the best gym franchise I’ve ever visited in America. Very cheap and affordable membership fee (just $10/month basic, $20/month for the Black Card Membership), very friendly staff and all the weight training & cardio you could ever need. They even gave classes every day for beginners to teach you which exercises to practice and this particular Planet Fitness on Saratoga Ave, is open 24/7! Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough if you want to have a good, solid workout.
