Decent gym for the price. The main focus at this gym is the cardio. There is still room to make gains and it is much better to do so when it's not busy. It's kept clean all the time too.

I’ve been coming into Planet Fitness for two years, usually the women’s locker room is so so, sometimes it can be clean and other times it can be dirty, especially the showers. I recently and this was extremely unfortunate for me, had asked “Wendy” a question about when the bathrooms were cleaned “Wendy” must of been having a very, very, very bad morning because of the hostility that emanated from her face, body and how she projected such hatred towards me with her tone was shocking, to say the least. “Wendy had decided on this day at that moment that she would treat someone unkind and she though her actions were funny! As of today I’m looking for a different facility where I can be treated with respect and most importantly kindness

I would like to take the time to really thank the early 4:00 a.m. staff Mon-Fri Crew. I am from Sacramento & I've been working out at your location for about a month already. Every time I walk in there they greet me and go Obove and beyond to make sure each customer is happy, although there can be really grumpy customers they are very professional when it comes to handling these situations. They also do a very good job on making sure everything is cleaned and sanitized. There hard work never goes unnoticed so Thank you so much for all the hard work and phenomenal customer service!!

First time here. Just moved from Washington, DC. This guy is the only in the bay area open 24 hours.Well the only one closest to me. Its a great gym!!!

Let day for a small style gym it wasn't bad...I still wish they had steam room or a sauna room...but the equipment and staff was very good. I like how they have this Q code you can scan to save and track your progress. That new but I am sure other gym have it too.

It was great being back at a gym in over 6 months! Many precautions put in place for social “fitnessing” and keeping everything fresh and clean for customer use.

If you look at the most recent reviews, they could could be paid for. Especially since Terrance Snyider, Michael Young, Lois Atkins, Ollie Pritchard, William T, Harold Lloyd, and Loren Shafer have all rated some door company and a super market in Los Altos. Plus, those profiles all average at 2 reviews. Makes me think the agency reused those profiles for a bunch of clients.

Really clean looking in this covid19 environment. Cardio machine setup is one is one, the next is turned off and repeat... They have a crowd indicator on their website to advise how crowded, or not crowded the gym is.

This place is always packed.but the worst part is that, the maintenance is very poor. I been going there for over a week already and I saw the same garbage in the bathroom's for at least 3 days. I'm used to see this gyms very clean that's what I like about them. But this one is disgusting!!

My daughter signed up planet fitness and then had to cancel due to a severe illness one week later. I accompanied her to the saratoga location to cancel the membership despite her extremely low energy. The young lady there had me sign on a pad to cancel and said everything's set. However, in a month my daughter found monthly charges and annual membership charge. I called three times and talked to three assistant managers and still no refund. I emailed Brandon, the manager but never got a reply. Not happy at all.
