Love these gyms. Only thing is- this chick stole my dam vape pen from right u set my nose on the locker room.This was the next day and she ran out the door as soon as she saw me.Mystery thief- we shall meet again!

Can someone explain why you haven't cleaned up the men's locker? It's been like straight up an hour. It's pretty embarrassing I have to post this but I know you guys are better than this. You guys need to do a little bit better. Be grateful it's not a one star.

This place is fantastic. Honestly, from the day I first arrived there to work out. They should be lay out of the club and got me familiar with the club.0

One person can hog the squat rack for 35 minutes and no one bats an eye. Said something to staff and they said "there's not really a time limit on the machines, we just ask everyone be considerate of each other." Clearly if I'm saying something someone isn't being considerate..... -_- very poor gym etiquette here

Parking is usually available. People usually wipe down machines after use. It can get pretty crowded so definitely check the crowd meter via the Planet Fitness app.

Literally every time I go to this gym there are people straight up not wearing masks and the staff doesn’t seem to care at all. Drinking fountain was broken for 3 weeks and then they gawk at you if you bring in a gallon of water. I seriously don’t get when why they don’t have someone checking for masks when I always see 3-4 staff at the front desk just taking to each other.

Big thank you to Carlos at the Saratoga PF site. He was very helpful with setting up an app and calling my home PF so I could access for a work out. For some reason my info was not showing on their computer dbase. I've been a member for about 3 weeks and this should not be an issue. Anyway, got a barcode/app set up thanks to Carlos. Great workout place, great staff. Thx.

If you don't like to be around a lot of people go at night. I suggest between 11pm 12am if not early morning 5am 6am. They have sanitizing stations everywhere. And i notice ppl do clean the equipment after each use.

I told the girl at the front desk that I just drove across town on my lunch break and was hoping for a very short tour of the gym and she said oh we can't do that because of covid we have a virtual tour online. I said, oh you aren't accepting new guests? She said we are we just can't walk around the gym.  I know it's not her fault, but the gym's whole slogan on commercials is to make you feel comfortable and welcome at that gym however,  I did not feel welcome to become a new member.  If you are going to be walking around the gym to workout after you have joined it, then why can't you walk around it for a 5 minute tour?I wish my other gym did not close down. 😕

This planet fitness will surely allow security to run you off from their parking lot. A security detail of 4 men came surrounding cars slamming their hands on people's hoods and cars, kicking known planet fitness members out of their parking lot based on their assumptions. I thought I was welcome anytime 24 hours a day at the judgement free zone. I couldn't even get in for my workout security filed a false police report saying I threatened them then the police came who threatened to arrest me for trespassing on the property if I didn't leave. No planet fitness I don't feel judged at all thanks for asking. I broke no laws and I was forced to leave the property or be arrested. They just wanted me to wait for security to leave though so they could win their king of the parking lot game.
