So I come here a lot and this gym is a WHOLE CONTRADICTION! One of the rules is no circuit training, yet the trainer who teaches the classes is literally circuit training as we speak, I’m literally watching her while writing this but WHATEVER! I can’t work out at a place that doesn’t disclose hygiene policies, why do I have to smell the person next to me? Or why do I have their stench on me? Nasty! There’s so many things I can say but yea totally worth the $20 🙄

My goodness best ivestment I've made lately. Facility is well equipped, staff is personable, knowledgeable and helpful. This is THE spot for a workout and luxury with so many perks. Dude theyy have free tootsie rolls and tanning booths. Hello, what are you waiting for?

Sooo ummm. Yea im a woman...i didnt read reviews until i signed. Up... Now im afraid to even come at all and work out ..even with a friend...makes sense why thats an option...with black card...yea...im really unsure on this..if these safety issues continue ...this gym gym wont.last ...buget prices aren't worth sacrificing safety dignity or common boundries and respect from staff .....it took me months to get courage to do this now i dont want to show up...and the gentleman who said fat people cant bench lift ect i could bench 320 with legs at one point..so seriously. Even the reviews judgemental

Watch out people they have been theft incidents inside the locker rooms in Planet Fitness 1328 Saratoga Avenue, San Jose, CA 95129.Yesterday my locker got broken into. My wallet with cash, ID, credit cards, etc. was stolen. Of course, I filled police report, but I cannot believe that something like that could happen. When I asked Planet Fitness staff if there were more break-ins into the lockers, they responded that it happened a few times. Shouldn't Planet Fitness staff do something about it!!! Shouldn't they warn people that they're thieves at the gym? Maybe people would be more careful and do not leave any valuables inside the lockers. The Planet Fitness staff were not helpful at all.

As a female, I wish I read reviews sooner - I've had multiple uncomfortable interactions with male patrons at this gym. I'm not usually one to feel self-conscious or paranoid about my safety but there are people who frequent this gym who lack common decency. You should brace yourself with the expectation of feeling unsafe, uneasy and expect to be confronted by people who will openly comment on your appearance, stalk you around the gym, stare at you and, (my most recent experience), follow you out of the gym and to the car. I realize this may be unfair to strictly make this vote against PF, as it's not really the businesses fault nor something they can control. However, I really have to urge people against frequenting this location due to my experiences.

Decent gym for the Bay, but is let down by poor maintenance. Staff rarely leave the front desk to clean the locker rooms, refill cleaning solution, or restock paper towels. I've been to multiple PF locations across a number of states, and this one is by far the worst.

Price is a relatively modest $13 or so per month. In return, you get what you pay for. Probably 1/16th the sq footage of something like city sports.This is not a place for any kind of free weight work out.Not a single barbell in sight. Dumbbells go to 60 lbs max. Limited number of curl bars. The focus is strictly on casual fitness. 2 multi stations with about 4 spots for pull downs and rows. 3 smith machines. 1 leg press.A total of 4 showers for men. Locker room stinks big time. Rather dark paint provides an unnecessarily gloomy workout.

Truly a no judgement zone. The employees are friendly and happy to help with a smile if you ever need anything. They advertise as "$10 a month," but there is also a hidden annual fee. However, it is well worth it, especially if you go often.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!!!! My belongings were stolen out of my locker and then my car. Over a week later the gym still hasn't given anything to the police of told me whether the person snuck in and how or if they were a member. I've called the Corporate and have been given the run around by them. Staff is friendly but do not think that you or your belongs are safeid you go to this gym.

Parking lots are so dirty and full of RVs. Smells urine everywhere. Inside is really full around 5-6pm. They don't have rowing machine which I like. I signed up for here until new better gym opens. I don't suggest you to use lockers. I heard it is not safe.
