I canceled my membership in March 2020 and sent a letter asking for confirmation that my membership was indeed canceled. I never heard back. On October 14, 2020, I called and confirmed that my membership and my husband's membership had in fact been canceled. The person answering the phone looked up both accounts and assured me that both memberships were indeed canceled.Unfortunately, we were now both charged on November 17, 2020 and the money was taken out of our bank account. This is very upsetting especially since there is no way to get in touch with anyone as the phone just keeps ringing and there is no option to leave a message. I understand that times are tough, but this is very disappointing.

Young man who signed me up and guy working with him seemed to do alot better at their job then the young girl that seemed out out ahead even had to help me. I've was a member of PF for years and just signed back up but I must say the cleanliness of the place is not as good as others I've been to. I told the gentleman last visit after tanning you had bed #1 that had 18 bulbs blown....week later guess what, still blown also I cleaned the bed before and after so apparently it iant checked periodically for that. Almost worth driving further to other location because of this. Hope it can be corrected and that young lady's attitude gets better.

It's a good enough gym but the problem is the few people who feel wearing a mask while working out doesn't work for them. Then when you let staff know they don't do anything to enforce the mask policy. I'd give this place a 5 star if they enforced the mask policy. Thank God I go to another gym where masks are always worn and that policy is heavily enforced. Last thing we need is another shut down.

Corporate really needs to look at this location in comparison to the others in this market. Very disappointing in the cleanliness, the whole place is outdated compared to the one on aborn & white, the tanning bed had over 15 bulbs out?! I'd understand if it's even up to 3 but you can obviously see such disregard to keeping up standards in this building. Management needs to start speaking up if they need a upgrade. I won't be back even though it's more convenient location after work.

I joined this gym about a week ago and I love it! The fact it is open 24 hours is a plus since I'm usually off work late, and the price is great. I have the Black Card Membership for about $22 and I can bring a guest whenever, and get access to some great stuff, like the massage chairs. It's clean and all the equipment is always functional.

Very busy in the afternoon, the 4 shower were taken, when it was my turn, low pressure but i was surprised water was warm, most PF I've been have cold shower not no water pressure.

Unfair and unethical business practices. Be careful of planet fitness in general. Not only this club. Overcharged me from my bank account and they don't refund. Don't give them ur bank information. All what the staff do is blaim on their policy instead of taking the right action.

So we came in from work yes a little dirty but we are wanting to sighn up shower then work out and they treat us like bums and rude until they see we have money and then it all changes and realize we are workers and we do want a membership. Wow treat people with respect and show some hospitality.

Like this place, neat and clean. I like the PE trainer, she is very good. She offers half an hour small group classes.Edit: funny how by messing with my son my review has changed. Mean staff.

I love going here in the morning before 8am.It’s less crowded and nice place to work out. Need to improve on the cleanliness of the rest rooms. Apart from that no more complaints. Compare to any other gym membership it’s very much affordable.
