Whenever I have the urge to work out at 1:00 a.m. I hit them up. Also planet fitness, in general, is one of the most clean commercial chain gyms that exist.

BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY!!! THEY WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, EVEN AFTER CANCELLATION!! Three years after canceling, I realized money was still being deducted from my bank!! They claimed I could not cancel my daughters membership over the phone or via email, Even though I live in Alabama. So I had my daughter physically go in and cancel. Unfortunately, after a couple years she no longer felt she needed to keep her written copy of cancellation. When I contacted the facility two months ago to find out why I was being charged, they claimed they had no record of my bank account being charged at all. They told me to contact ABC planet fitness, who bills. I contacted them, and after horrible service… Continuously promised calls back and not receiving them, they told me they had no record of any of these transactions either. I finally canceled my card, and literally a week later they tried to charge it again. When it did not clear, an automated text was sent to my daughters phone. All of a sudden, the story changes …They said they could not track any of the information because it was under my daughters name and not mine… Even though I showed them the bank transactions repeatedly. I have asked to speak to several levels of management. Took over a week to speak with the general manager, who tells me she’ll only reimburse three months. I am owed over 400.00!! So my daughter tried calling… And whoever she spoke with said she would go ahead and re-cancel the membership, OVER THE PHONE, signed my daughters name to a contract, ( ILLEGAL) and told her now the card would not be charged further. I have proved there has been no activity at that facility since 2019. Yep they claim since I cannot show them a piece of paper that proves we have canceled 3 years ago… they will not reimburse me. I requested over a week ago to speak to the next level management. I am told there is no phone number, I had to send an email… I have sent three. I have yet to receive a call back or acknowledgment from the next level of management. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!Just for the record… My daughter quit attending this facility because of the poor conditions, filthy lady‘s room, And poor attitude of the attendants on site!! Apparently they will not file cancellations properly either!!! BEWARE IF YOU CANCEL!! YOU NEED TO KEEP A COPY OF YOUR PAPERWORK FOREVER, OR BE AT RISK OF THEFT FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!!!NOTE: I have been asked how three years went by without noticing money being withdrawn. First and foremost, my husband and I also attended planet fitness in Alabama. When I would see charges, I assumed they were for my accounts. When Covid showed up, I canceled our accounts. Then a year later charges started showing up again. Unfortunately I did not notice for almost 8 months the planet fitness charges on this account. ( it was my “ fun money” account that I stashed money into, and hardly ever used)Planet fitness stopped charging during Covid, so there was almost a year w no charges… then they Arbitrarily started again. So there was a long period with no charges… thus bringing less attention to the fraudulent transactions.

4/28/22Unfortunate after work come to get a quick workout use the restroom for the toilet was overfilled and their water was off. Shower water was off as well as well as sink water to wash my hands. Hope this is only on one time thing

Nice place to workout and relaxed your body with a hydromassage beds, clean atmosphere & friendly staff, and the best part is i can take 1 guest with me everyday and enjoy my black card perks!! 👍 next will trytheir lockers and shower room. …

I just wanted to write a review to show some positivity to this gym. The equipment is clean the people are polite and it’s the only gym where I see people cleaning in a regular basis. The rest of the guys that are complaining here are just a bunch of Karen’s

Not bad for the price. There is no a/c and there are definitely plumbing problems. Owner is unknown and does not keep up maintenance. Staff is useless (but nice kids) when it comes to ANY issues, whether it be a/c, plumbing, cleaning or down equipment.6/16/2022 Spoke with owner and there is NO A/C available at this location. Dropped rating down 1 star.

If you are looking for a gym, STAY AWAY from this one!!!!! My personal items were stolen in a locked drawer in the men's locker room along with SEVEN other's people's belongings on 7/13/2022. I never heard back from the manager after I reached out to them about this terrible incident. No one paid attention to any suspect wandering around the locker rooms at all, staffs on that shift just let them carry all eight people's gym bags and leave free. That is just insane. Apart from that, the whole gym is like giagantic oven without enough ventilation. Just STAY AWAY!!!

I’ve worked out in several PF locations but this location seems to have a surplus of older creepy men. The facilities themselves are clean, but most areas of the gym are full or soon fill up with men sitting at machines trying to get a good look at the girls squatting or deadlifting. If you have a hard time focusing on your workout because of some weird patrons, I suggest the White Rd. PF location.

The team members are very nice and it's open 24 hours Monday - Thursday ☺️Update: The machines have been kept nice and clean and luckily the treadmills have been placed back to their original position. 😊 I've noticed the team members have been really upping their cleaning game which is much appreciated.

any serious training activities, outfits, or noises are considered judgment worthy and they will sound the alarm and make fun of you. So when it says judgement free it means they can judge you but you can't judge them. This particular location is filthy some of the foot pedals look like they haven't been swept or cleaned for months. They have too many machines to the point where there's no pathway in between you have to go all the way around a long row of machines to get to the next row. They only have about three or four spray and paper towel stations in the whole area so if you want to quickly jump off a machine and grab some paper towels good luck. As with most Planet Fitness facilities, a quick look around the room at any moment reveals most people sitting on equipment staring at their phones. They should have an imposed training session when people join to be told not to sit on machines if you're not actually using it and that includes what people believe is a quick response or looking something up. If you're on your phone for something besides changing your iTunes you should not be sitting on the machine.
