I have now been a member at WestCA for 18 months, with Adrian as my personal trainer. The atmosphere and culture of WestCA is so welcoming and encouraging. Wherever you are on your fitness journey, you will receive the support and guidance that you need. And I highly recommend Adrian as a trainer, he's an ultimate professional, but still has a wicked sense of humor. A big thanks to Adrian, Tory, Meaghan, and the whole WestCA team!

I hated working out until I found Westca, my girl Maegs pushes me every week to become a better version of myself. Truly such a light, bubbly, and fun person! Maegs has helped me feel more confident by teaching me proper form and giving me super helpful tips. She’s tiny but don’t underestimate her. Truly the best trainer!

I’m currently training with Maegs and honestly she’s the only reason I’m continuing to come back to the gym. Since day 1, I’ve had issues with body image, lack of motivation and just lack of faith in myself to achieve my fitness goals. Im still not 100% there but Maegs legit pushes me during every session. If I’m doing 25 lbs, she will push me to 50 and watch my reaction as I achieve that goal. I can’t wait to continue my training and see how I improve.

I've been going to Westca for a little over a year now and have used both their private and semi private trainings sessions with Brandon (who's no loner at Westca) and Adam. From getting set up with a consultation to finally "graduating' from semi private training to my regular gym sessions this gym has been nothing short of an amazingly welcoming gym. I was used to those 24 hour fitness gyms which made me scared to try weightlifting. Working out here has been the complete opposite. I had amazing trainers that took the time to teach me the machines and movements and pushed me to do my absolute best each time even when I give them the hardest of times. Since joining, according to my inbody scans and Adam's math - I've cut my body fat in half!!

I joined WESTCA in Oct 2022 and instantly felt the support from everyone, such a welcoming and fun community. I've been training with Maegs for 3 months and I've never felt better! She's very knowledgeable and motivating, always pushing me to achieve my goals. Even with my busy work life, Maegs has always found a way to fit training into my schedule going above and beyond to make sure I stay on track. It's been a dream to train with Maegs at WESTCA!

I have been taking strength training sessions from Maegs since Sep 2022. Its been an amazing journey so far. I feel stronger everyday. I started from zero, but Maegs has patiently trained me to get better everyday. She pays attention to my exercise posture and she is very humble and motivating while training me. I am very impressed by how accommodating she is when it comes to my schedule and makes room for makeup sessions. Maegs is confident with her answers; one can tell that she has a lot of knowledge in her area. Her cheerful and cute personality makes the training session so much fun. I have seen a huge difference in my body within 2 months of training and I continue to workout every 5 days a week.I started with very confused and skeptical mindset about gym, training, and the overall environment at gym. But, now I am certain that I will continue this for the rest of my life. Credits to Maegs and Westca. ❤️

I’ve been coming here for a few months, doing semi-private training, so i workout with my trainer, Adam, and a couple other people. I think westca is the perfect place for any fitness level because you’re surrounded by a helpful staff, knowledgeable trainers, and judgement free peers. I’ve put on 10lbs and lost a percent of body fat in a pretty short time thanks to Adam keeping me accountable, and constantly challenging me. If you try Westca, you’ll never want to go to a regular gym again

I have been training with Adam since last July. Adam is professional and knowledgeable, he crafted a training plan based on my needs and pushed me to succeed. He is also an nutritionist and gave me lots of good information that help me to achieve my fitness goal. Adam is above and beyond, I HIGHLY recommend!!!
