I have been training at Westca and with Adrian for a few years now. This place is amazing and very family oriented. Adrian has definitely helped me achieve me goals and helped me understand a lot of fitness. Adrian is someone that cares about his clients and goes the extra mile. I'm happy to call to him my friend.

I used to be a very active individual that does many sports and regularly goes to the gym many years ago before I completely stopped due to reasons like college and work. Coming back was definitely a difficult process. I joined bigger gym chains and ended up just wasting money for memberships that I very rarely used. A little over a year ago, my friend invited me to try WestCA and I instantly loved the place and the vibe the people here have. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, most people know each other and even hangout together. Aside from that, you can see and feel everyone's determinations to become better versions of themselves each day. That's when I decided to make the commitment to start training with Adam and everything has been going smoothly ever since. I used to think that going back to my "active and fit" form years ago is impossible but now I'm actually much better than I was back then! It's definitely been a pleasurable journey and I hope this will continue for a long time. Thanks Adam and WestCA!

Going to the gym and feeling confident in that space has always been a struggle for me, but since starting personal training at WESTCA, there's been a huge shift in mentality. I now walk into the gym ready to put in work in a safe space surrounded by an incredible community. I've been training with Maegs for awhile now and she took the time to get to know me and my goals, for my body but also for my overall wellbeing and mental health. She is respectful, caring, and is the ultimate hypewoman. Gym sessions have become something I look forward to throughout the week, and I have learned so much about the ins and outs of the different ways you can take care of your body through exercise. If you're looking for a gym to become a regular at, or looking for great trainers, I would highly recommend WESTCA!

Working with Faith has been the best experience for my lifting journey and I'm so glad I joined the WETCA community! This is my first time working with a personal trainer and I'm so happy to have been paired up with Faith. In just a couple weeks of training together she has already adjusted my grip and squat form for higher weight.I love how big she is on empowering women to be strong and lift heavy :) Def recommend working with her if you want to get stronger and work your thighs and glutes!

I've been going to Westca for a little over a year now and couldn't imagine a better place. I've never been really comfortable in a gym setting, but everyone at Westca just wants the best for you and are so welcoming. I train with Adam, who is incredibly knowledgeable and committed to helping me (and all his clients) improve in all facets. I can't recommend him and Westca enough.

When it comes to my personal trainer, Adam, it's five stars all the way. He's kind, patient, has a really positive attitude and a great sense of humor. And yet he also keeps me accountable and on track with my fitness goals. The gym itself is clean and has a nice community atmosphere. The clients are friendly and I've never noticed anyone being creepy or weirdly macho. My fiancée and I did have one frustrating episode with Westca: We were significantly overcharged for several months. When we noticed the issue and asked for it to be fixed, it took a few months—and several reminders plus an in-person meeting—before they finally fixed things on their end. We'd hoped they might make some kind of gesture for their error, but when we asked if there was anything they could give us for our troubles we were effectively told: "Well, we gave you your money back."🤷‍♂️

I have been training with Adam at westca gym for past 4 months. Adam is a great trainer who motivates you to work on your goals everyday. I have seen results pretty fast. He has great knowledge about nutrition too which is a plus. He provides great tips on what to eat and how much you should eat. I recommend everyone to train with Adam and workout at westca, you will definitely have fun and will achieve your goals!

First and foremost, my trainer Adam is AMAZING, he pushes me to up the ante in my workout but never in a way that makes me feel unsafe or pressured. Can’t recommend him enough. I also love what a diverse group of people workout there and people are super nice. Despite being busy at times, the wait to use a machine is never too bad. There’s a variety of workout equipment and the place is kept clean. That said, I have had persistent billing issues that totaled to ~$3000 of overages over the 9 months my fiancé and I have been members. I’d alert staff that I was being double charged, told it was fixed, only for it to happen again. Hopefully, it is fixed for good since having an in-person meeting with the manager this month. Though tbh it was disappointing that when I inquired whether a gesture could be made for the inconvenience the manager declined-citing that she had returned the money (which is not a gesture, that’s simply returning money I was rightfully owed) and that my enrollment fees had already been waived (which they were, but that was supposed to have been because of a promotion being offered at time of sign up). I totally understand mistakes happen but I just think that after being overcharged by thousands of dollars offering some sort of gesture (such as waiving the additional annual fee this January) would’ve been the least they could do considering the impact to my budget and the time it took me to make multiple inquiries requesting repayment.

I was fortunate enough to attend a few sessions during the two-week trial with Adam and he was communicative, well-equipped/trained, and motivated me during our workouts. I expressed my weaknesses and goals to him and he was considerate and tailored a workout plan to help strengthen my injured shoulder and leg pains. He places a strong emphasis on technique, which I appreciate. I was, unfortunately, unable to continue to workout with Adam because of financial obligations, but I would recommend him to people trying to gain muscle, overall body workouts, and rehabilitation.
