I have been a member since they opened and wouldn’t have it any other way. This gym truly is a place of motivation, support, and no judgment regardless of your fitness level. I am currently being trained by Maegs and she continues to support my fitness goals while making it fun! She ensures that I am able to make my sessions with my crazy work schedule allowing some flexibility helping ensure I get my "me time" and gym therapy throughout the week through sweat sessions. She reminds me how strong I am and how important it is to continue to show up even on days that may be harder than others. She checks in on me both for my fitness goals and my personal ones.I have so many great things to say about Westca, the trainers, and the members! It really is a fitness family! The gym, the owners, and all the staff also really take into account their members’ needs while maintaining a very clean and sanitized gym. I look forward to coming here every week! If you aren’t a member, or have never checked it out, I highly recommend it!

WESTCA is both a gym and a community, one that I’m proud to be a part of. I've had the opportunity and privilege to work with both Tory and Adrian, who have shown me the ropes of training with free weights and machines. Both of them have been patient and professional during workouts with an attention to detail when it comes to correcting my form. Their constructive criticism has helped me lose nearly 10 pounds of fat and build up my strength. In the early days, I considered myself lucky if I could smoothly handle 45-lb dumbbells. Now, I’m on the verge of pushing myself with 100-lb dumbbells under the guidance of Tory and Adrian. Thank you to WESTCA and its team for providing an awesome lifting community in the Bay Area!

This was my first gym experience and I was lucky to have my first trainer Maegs! who taught me so much about strength training and how to use equipment in the gym that I used to be intimidated by. She is so sweet and truly cares about your fitness and health goals and ensures you reach them safely! I've been going to her for about 3-4 months now and I can't recommend her enough!! :))

Wasn't gonna post anything because I don't want Adrian's schedule to fill up and have it harder for me to get in but he is hands down the best trainer I've had!! Even in a group setting Adrian makes sure to tailor your workouts to be the perfect blend of challenging and effective. He's super motivational and a joy to hang out with! I highly recommend him for anyone looking to up their strength training at any level (new or experienced). Thanks Adrian for pushing me to be able to squat 185 lbs !

I ’ve been a member at WESTCA for 4.5 years and I have been training with Adrian for almost a year now. I only have good things to say about him; he’s one of the best! Very knowledgeable, attentive (he watches your form and will tell you toslow down) and has a genuine personality. Sessions with Adrian are always fun but he also pushes to work hard. As a former athlete I really appreciate the challenge and motivation to stay active.This gym has become my second home since I started working downtown. Westca is a sanctuary, a place I come to clear my mind and decompress. I have a pretty hectic work life so I look forward to walking through those doors. The gym is a vibe; from the people, music and overall positive environment. I love the community and the friendships I have built here overtime. I have been been a WESTCA member for a little over 2 years now. And recently have worked with Adam as my nutritional trainer. I can't say enough how thorough Adam is when creating meals and macro target goals for daily meals. I am completely new to dieting and learning what my body should be eating to fuel me through out the day and what I should be avoiding. But Adams program has made it simple for me to understand where my food sources should come from. He also included different recipes for easier meal prepping for the busy weeks. The weekly phone calls have really helped me stay accountable as well and Adam is always supportive when it comes to my fitness and health goals. Adam is a great addition to the entire WESTCA community. The gym itself has hard working members/staff inside and outside the gym. On top of a community that really uplifts one another and is extremely supportive of each other. The gym itself is clean and stacked with different pieces of equipment to complete your workout, whether that's elastic bands, lifting belts, medicine balls, kettlebells, cable attachments, benches, etc. I would highly recommend WESTCA, Adam or any of their training staff for anyone looking to add to their fitness/health goals!

I have been coming to Westca for a little over a year now. I signed up since I started pulling muscles in my back from inactivity. The personal trainers are amazing! Maegan is my personal trainer and she is dedicated to helping me reach my fitness goals. She always greets me with a smile in the mornings and genuinely cares about my progress. The staff is so friendly and supportive. No matter what fitness level you are at, Westca can help you get to where you want to be. Now I can pick up my chunky 25lb dog and not pull my back out! I feel so much stronger and confident.

I recently started working with Adam at WESTCA and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I was in need of a personal trainer and heard great things about the gym, and it definitely lives up to the hype. Adrian is an awesome trainer. He always has a positive attitude and a smile on his face. He does a good job if helping you reach your goals and is always very supportive while pushing to you to improve. He has been an important part of Westca since it opened. The gym itself has a wonderful atmosphere and sense of community. Great place, great people, great space to workout.

I've been training at WESTCA for 1.5 months. Its a great gym. Superb staff and high quality equipment. My trainer Ivan has been training me and he has adjusted the workouts according to my goals. Also his patience in teaching me form and sub routines is commendable. Provides me motivation and helps me anyway he can. I usually go in the mornings and there is no 15 minute waiting lines at each equipment like in some other gyms. 100% recommend the gym as well as their personal training program.
