They don’t deserve any stars! The facility is a health hazard!

Great gym. New equipment, great layout, helpful staff, and actually open 24 hours. Definitely recommend.

Poorly maintained, but for an economy gym it's got most of the things (they sometimes even work! 🤣🙄). I wouldn't pay the premium they're asking for from some people. I wouldn't pay more than $40 a month. …

Started going back to this gym recently. A lot has changed...For the worse. Overly crowded even in the late evenings, cleaning is sub par, the smell oh Lord the smell, it's everywhere.... stale, musty and rancid (you get the picture). Nobody cares about the posted rules and just wears their sweaty gym clothes into the sauna. I guess you get what you pay for.

I visited from out of town and happened to stay near this 24-hour fitness. I utilized this gym to keep up with my training, and as far as size and equipment goes, it is suitable to serve everyone well! But it highly lacks in organization and hygiene. All the employees just stay up at the front while the gym becomes a chaotic mess. Weight plates were all over the floor. Dumbbells were on the floor and completely messed up on the racks. Bathrooms/locker rooms were filthy. Trash and garbage piling up near all the equipment. I can't wait to return home and resume training where they actually care about their gym and members.

The good. Good facility. Helpful staff. Lots of options for a good workout. The bad. Showers are not well-maintained. No soap in several stalls. When I tried to get the GM’s attention, he acted as if he was busy to give him the benefit of the doubt he probably was but we’re not at the door he could’ve said or gestured just one moment.

Would be a great gym if they could keep it clean. They need a full time cleaning crew, there’s no reason for the dust on the stairs or the mold in the showers.

The parking here is absolutely horrendous. It’s not due to lack of availability, but rather an incessantly large amount of people parking in two spots. I have no idea why management doesn’t address this as it has been happening for a few years now. Maybe there’s a sense of entitlement with the patrons in San Ramon but it’s rather annoying. The Livermore location is just as nice and does not have this issue.

Overall the gym is great and the staff is friendly, the 24 Hour Team needs to change the Sparc Cybex batteries. The machines downstairs have not worked for months. Someone needs to look into this. Thanks!

The best 24 hour fitness in the Bay Area, the club has a great layout compared to the other clubs. The sales manager Erik was super friendly and helpful with the whole sign up process!
