24 Hour Fitness

Nice large gym w lots of options. This bathroom vent hasn’t been cleaned in YEARS. Excessive dust balls around all of the equipment feet. Hard to tell in the pic but it’s a problem here. Gross.

This 24 hour fitness gym in San Ramon has everything you need to get fit. My only concern is the restrooms upstairs rarely has any toilet paper and paper towels and also smells very foul up there. Second is the basketball gym flooring. It’s getting way too slippery. I don’t think it has been cleaned in a long time. There are pairs of shoes being left behind, and dirty towels. Other than those two things I pointed out, this gym is awesome.

The best 24 hour in our area (Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, and San Ramon). They have more and better equipment than the rest of 24 hour locations. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful (Livermore should take example). The steam room needs attention (some mold like stains on the walls), sauna temperature is too low. The basketball court is the best compared to the other 24 hour in the area.

I have been a member of 24 hour fitness for 12 years. For a “Super Sport,” this has become one of the filthiest gyms I’ve ever been in. The last few months it’s consistently gotten dirtier. The men’s bathroom smells like urine is caked into the walls and floors. The turf area looks like it is rarely vacuumed. Over by the leg press machine there is so much dust and particles built up it’s starting to look like animal fur. Last week there was some gunk in the water fountain that looked like someone had spit out. On two different occasions there was no paper towels in the bathroom and one time there was no soap. I tried to make a complaint online with corporate and I got an email back giving me instructions on how to get a refund from a company going through bankruptcy. I’ve made the mistake of pre paying for a year. It is a shame how nasty this place has become. It used to be one of the best gyms in the Bay Area.

This gym is great with a lot equipment available and friendly staff, really enjoy working out here. It does get quite busy sometimes that we will need to keep an eye to some of the machine so we can be the next sometimes.It would be a lot better if the bathrooms can be maintained better, I understand there might be shortage of staff, it happened quite often that I would have tried to go in to 5 - 6 cubicles to finally find a relatively "clean" one. I asked my man if that is the same for the gent's, he said it's the same, hahha... I think hygiene is still quite important, we all went there for being fit and "healthy", right?

I always like 24 hours fitness. The gym is open all day which allows us to workout any time of the day 🙂 …

First time at this particular spot looks good plenty of machines staff seems friendly looking forward to a good year of exercise goals ☺️😉 …

Not a fan of the customer service here. The it would nice for them togo through some training I would love to talk to the owner. Front desk aren’t professional.I do like the gym it larges you can put your headphones on and get in the zone

I was robbed inside 24 hour fitness in San Ramon, CA on 1/20. Someone stole all my belongings in the locker room after breaking my lock. When I needed the help and reported the problem, nobody from front desk helped me. They were hesitant to call the police and asked me to call the police myself even though they knew my phone is stolen. Totally useless and inexperienced employees. Stay away from this place if you care about your safety.
