24 Hour Fitness in San Ramon offers a wide array of amenities and equipment. It's a large facility featuring modern fitness gear, multiple classes, basketball courts, a swimming pool, and more. Never go to this gym. It’s crowded and messy. Definitely one of the worst 24 locations I’ve been to. The staff is very rude and unwelcoming. I would not waste my money on this gym when there are so many better gyms out there.

Be wary. Signed up for a guest pass to try the gym. Drove all the way to be told that they are prioritizing members at the moment with 10% max capacity. Understandable, however “prioritizing” is not excluding all others, unless the 10% is met. When I mentioned that they were not at 10% capacity and that this was an inconvenience they had no logical response. Save your time and choose another gym.

Their post-pandemic comeback at this location is strong. and clean. Thank you members and still staff to keep it that way. courts are open now bring your own basketball. They lost their pump needle, I guess some things never change hah.

The employees lie and they are mean to middle aged overweight women. They overcharged me then refused to cancel my membership while humiliating me by calling me a liar and forcing me to pay for an add on I cancelled. It’s too bad I loved the gym, I would have happily paid my monthly dues and annual fee but they insulted me and refused to address their error.

Beware of their fraudulent ways of cheating their customers.Since they have customers' credit card details on file, they misuse it and keep extracting money out of their accounts. This location charged my account for almost a year and half without my consent. I called them back in September thinking they'd refund the amount that they had charged since January 2020 without me knowing about it. They refunded the amount only for that month of September 2021. Front desk people are outright rude and the manager refused to speak to me on this issue. They evenput me on a long hold and wasted about an hour when I confronted them on the phone.Covid has wreaked havoc in people's lives as such and then if people have to deal with all this, it's a shame for our community. I'm filing a case against this location and 24 hour fitness in the consumer court.

I haven’t been here in a long time and while it’s a great gym, a lot of the same problems exist. The parking situation is pretty awful and despite Covid-19 still being very much a thing, it’s still crowded. If you can get past those two concerns, it’s a pretty great gym. There’s lots of equipment, a pool (which I will never use because I think it’s gross) a basketball court (there used to be two full courts but there’s only one now and the space that it occupied is now used for more weights) and lots of cardio machines (treadmills, elliptical, stair steppers and stationary bikes). There are other gyms in San Ramon that are better but they are much more expensive. For the cost, it’s really hard to do better than 24 Hour Fitness.

Probably one of the nicest 24’s in the US, if I’m being honest. I would hope so since it’s the headquarters one! I’ve been going to this one for a decade now and really love it.Staff are almost always super friendly, equipment and materials are well kept, resources are always available, and communication seems to be pretty good between staff and patrons.Obviously patrons can be hit or miss but staff is usually pretty good about handling bad eggs. Beyond that, everything here is actually fantastic.

Newly remodeled. No one was in the pool I had it to myself! People are slowly coming back to the gym. Felt good to exercise.

Great to have the gym back open. Can throw some heavy weight around. All the equipment is available and not too crowded

My favorite 24 hour Fitness. It's huge with nearly everything you could need. The staff are all very nice and professional. And best of all, it's always clean! The only drawback is that it's busier than some of the other 24 Hour Fitness gyms.
