Great facility in terms size and arrangement of equipment and access to equipment. Front desk personnel are always professional and genuinely friendly. With respect to the members. A great group of eager exercise enthusiasts and so far, very respectful of each others personal space. And lastly, a great layout, clean and spacious.

The staff here is excellent. The pool is clean - not so at several 24hr - maintained locker rooms. I do not care much for upper management that is not located at this facility. I have had 2 customer service related problems. The management, again not at the gym, was coldly dismissive. That is wht 4 stars. Great staff!

Disclaimer: I go to this gym in the evenings, around 930pm on the weekdays only, because it's not as busy.I want to like this gym, but as a super sport, it falls a little short. The parking is fine during the times I go, but I've gone during peak hours and it's ridiculous. There's an off site parking at Union Bank nearby I think, not sure how helpful that has been. I've been to 5 super sport locations all over the bay and this is the smallest one with equipment as jam packed as it can be for a "super sport." Basketball courts are always packed. Like all super sports, it is well kept so that's a plus. Despite going during less busy times, sometimes you still end up waiting a little bit for equipment, but it's wait free once 945-10pm rolls around. Overall, the lack of space, insane crowd until after 930pm and crappy parking (for the peak hours) make this my lowest ranked super sport out of the 5 I've been to in the NorCal.

Parking is based on the time you go. It can be really bad, or really good. Only time I ever see it good is before 9am. After that, it's time to play "drive around continuously until some leaves." Gym itself inside is not too bad.

- Bring your own water, The Water fountain taste like a wet horse at best-The people are okay-Front desk is kinda okay, don't expect much help from them,-The janitors work hard, I always see them scrubbing something nasty ...-Equipment and weights are the best in the East Bay,-The swimming pool is very nice, better than most.-It is relatively enjoyable to work out here, never had any incidents yet ... Other than the horrid undrinkable water ...

Parking: smallest lot ever. No luck getting parking before 8pm. Park at the US Bank for free. Lots of break ins so hide yo kids, hide yo wives they stealing everything up in hereGym equipment: definitely not as good as 24 San Ramon but not awful. Most stuff is fixed within a few days if it breaks down.Cleanliness: most people clean up after themselves and the janitorial staff works hard cleaning up a disgusting bathroomFront desk staff: minus 5 stars. Rude and always talking amongst themselves. Not even nice enough to greet folks. C'mon guys.

I like the club's location. It is large and has many activities. You can usually get a machine and there are free towels. The staff generally is lacking in people skills and seems unfriendly and disinterested. At 61 it is hard enough to stay in good shape. A couple of the handicapped parking spots are always filled with cars of people who are not handicapped and perhaps overrate their self-importance.

it has too few mindbody classes a week ie 1 yoga class for whole week. and what if its crap or you cant make it. come on! you guys cost $20/mo more than inshapes $39 per month-2-month, but offer less ie. you dont have the basketball/racquetball either. and for 44/mo they include all clubs membership. so if you can do 35/m2m and offer mindbody 3x/day then lmk. also, planet fitness tough at 10$/mo but would be worth 15$ with steam/sauna!

I'd give it negative stars if I could. They have this blaring obnoxious non stop sound system with commercials for apps and their website constantly. One of the machines was put together incorrectly. I pointed it out to some hipster at the desk and he basically brushed me off and kept standing there doing nothing. It's close to my house. Otherwise I'd go to San Ramon. This one sucks.

There is towels, good shower cabins.Equipment is pretty good as far as I can tell, but I only work with y body weight.Water fountains with bad quality water, it tastes wrong. It's better to bring your own water.Limited parking. It's not as bad as Union City supersport, but it can be hard to find parking spot during busy times.Overall this gym is better than any Peninsula gym, better than any gym in Oakland- Richmond area, but worse than San Ramon or Pleasanton gym.
