Shady business practices - After more than a year of being closed down and not charging my credit card they just started billing again out of the blue after sending a single email noting they were going to restart charges. Literally an entire year goes by and you think it is okay to just randomly start charging customers again? I no longer work in Walnut Creek and don't live near this facility, things change a lot in a year (especially a year like this past one). When I called in they would only refund me for the portion of this current month (even though they had now charged me three times - shame on me for not paying close enough attention to my bank statement, I know). Even the staff was like, we know, lots of people didn't see the email we sent. I will be disputing the charges, good riddance corporate globo-gym you were usually overcrowded, dirty and lacked parking anyways.

TERRIBLE customer service, especially during times of COVID. A freshman business major from my school could manage this better than 2 of the general managers here, who are cold, unfriendly and have terrible customer service skills. My university recreation gym has better customer service and they do it only part time.Below are some policies that lead to this terrible service, which general managers could potentially change but have chosen not to.1st of all, when I signed up you could reserve a spot for an hour & 30 minutes. Sounds good to me right? Then they switch it to first come first serve. Okay that’s fine right? Then they cap first come first serve to 74 people, but no longer takes reservations. So if they’re at 74 people at the gym, you have to wait outside in a line until some people leave.Just today, around 2:45-3:05 PM I have called about 4 times to ask if there’s a line outside so I don’t have to drive 20 minutes and then wait outside another 30 if there’s too many people there. NO ONE ANSWERED the phone the 4 times I’ve calledI understand the times have been reduced to closing at 7 PM, but there’s no need to be ushering the few remaining people out at 6:55 pm EVERY DAY. Do that for 7 days, that’s 35 minutes of workout time that could’ve been utilized but has been wasted due to the terrible customer service. Also parking is heinous with chick fil a next door, they have parking spots labeled 24 hr fitness only but I see at least a dozen people walking to these spots with chick fil a every time I hit the gym and nothing gets done about it by the management.Used to love going to 24 hr fitness but the management at this gym is horrible.

I Love it! Belonged to the Y.MCA in Pleasant Hill ca for over 30 years...but sadly it doesn't meet my needs anymore...mainly because they chose to remove Our Sauna.I decided to try something New...So glad I did..they have Sauna,Steam room, hottub, pool and plenty of equipment. The hours are 5am to 11pm every day!Love 24 hour, friendly, helpful staff too!

The new covid rules look like a reason not to go to the gym. The gym is a place for social gathering. Do we need an app to show us how to jump up and down at home really. 24hr management if you wish to stay in business, resume to normal asap, you will lose all your customers if you don't.

How come they don't have parking for bikes? They got lots of plants outside but nowhere to lock my bike lol. I might have to hook it up to the water valves that are on the side.

Towels taken away, every time I go a new machine seems to be broken, chik-fil-a customers next door always take up the parking even when it States for 24 hr fitness customers only. Me, my friends and my husband will all be cancelling our memberships. Absolute shambells and the steam room always stinks

Absolutely TERRIBLE parking situation with the parking there, especially with people park their cars to go to Chick-filet, but once inside there is plenty of equipment, classes and space to work out.Christina at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping me get logged in to my 24 go account as I was locked out and she went above and beyond to help me.

I love the natural light and high ceilings but I really hate the filthy window, mirrors, fans and light diffusers in the group ex room. I hope when this location reopens they will clean this place and try to keep the light diffusers and fan blades dust and dirt free.
