The cleaning crew here was very rude to all the members in basketball court. The basketball court should close at 10pm. This schedule is already too early but I am ok so I usually go to the court at 9:30pm. But cleaning lady closed the court at 9:40pm today because she wanted to clean. That didn't make any sense. I am ok if the policy of the basketball court close at 9:40pm and she wants to do her job at 9:40pm. But the closing time is 10pm. I am not very happy. I got my membership just for basketball and I cannot use the basketball court before it closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I wanted was a tour of the facilities before deciding if this place was going to work for me, but the salesperson kept asking me questions about my interests, when, honestly, it's none of her business. I relented, then told her specifically what my interests were, and she still kept asking me questions, saying she wanted to make recommendations on classes, etc..I didn't know I'd have to submit to 20+ questions before just seeing the facilities. I didn't need or want a "tailored" experience - I just wanted to look around and see what the facilities looked like. I didn't want to answer her questions - and when I expressed my desire just to take a look around, she started giving me attitude.Plenty of other gyms out there for me to choose from, but this sales approach is way old-school (the 1990's are calling!!!)I got the impression she was trying to tell me before I even got onto the floor that I wasn't a good fit either. Their loss, not mine...Not to mention you have to smell fried chicken every time (except Sunday) you enter and depart the gym. Yuck....

Nice looking club. Front deak staff are nice. Women's locker room includ. showers could for surely sure be cleaner.Filtered cold water would do wonders for 'curb appeal'!Much needed repairs on many cardio machines as many are not working properly.I never see anyone from staff on the floor. But, overall good for the money.

I was taking a shower and “Tony” started spraying the whole place down with bleach or whatever chemicals he was using and spraying my stall and all my belongings and I told him that it’s irritaing my eyes and lungs and he continues spraying it in my face and tells me I need to get out. It’s midnight right now and there is no management to speak to. I’m done with this place. I want a refund on my membership.

Update Manger has let it be known. The suite dry will not be coming back. And they will not get more water weights. Because they don't have an official class for it.So should I start bring my own weights for lifting? Their is no class for that? Maybe they will get rid of that too.---The place is going downhill. They took the bathing suit spinner from the women's lockers. 5heir are no bags for your wet suites offered in the locker room. You have to walk all the way out front and ask for one. With your suite dripping the whole way or leave it behind to get stolen or make a puddly in a locker. The floor is always soaking wet. They took away most of the pool workout stuff. Their is only a handful left. If you want to do a pool workout, bring your own water weights and noodles.
