What's the Benefit in telling a Black Card Member they can't use the Electricity and WiFi (In the BC Room)? Marco Likes to use the Gym on His off Days to Treat Customers Badly, What I Hate is when People Make up their own Policies at their Place of Work When it's Beneficial. But Where's the Benefit Here? Telling Customers you can't Eat but there's Food Sold in the Gym, This Type of Behavior Should be Observed by upper Management and it is very Unfortunate. Territorial, Manipulative and Rude.

One star due to the horrible attitude of the staff, whose number one responsibility is to be FRIENDLY AND POLITE, yet they are typically rude petulant and uninterested. It’s a disgrace, not one of these PF employees would have a job at my business after one day. Shameful and I’m over it, going to pay more and go elsewhere.
