I have been a member of Lifetime since 2009. I consider it an investment in myself. It is much less expensive than doctors, hospitals, and pharmaceuticals.I take 5 classes a week, weight lifting, Pilates and aqua. Keeping my muscle mass and strength is very important for my overall quality of life. The staff and instructors are top notch. Many of the instructors started as members, trained, got their certification and are now excellent in motivating us in class. Our GM Stacy Brown is the best! The staff at the front desk, cafe, personal trainers, and locker rooms are really fabulous, also. I have so many friends at Lifetime. We get together outside of the club, too.I could go on and on telling you what a great place this is, but I recommend you come to the club and get the information first hand. Invest in yourself!!!! You will feel better, meet wonderful people, have fun and take pride in your accomplishments!!

Old machines. Very crowded. Hard to park. You have to wait forever to get a machine. Very disappointed. This is supposed to be a luxurious gym. I surprisingly had a much better experience at Planet fitness (that only costs 10 dollars a month). Think twice before you join.

Since the pandemic and the gym reopened a lot of the perks are no longer available, but the facility still charges us full price which is absurd. Gym is no longer 24 hours, unable to use steam room, hot tub and sauna. Those things alone are what I come for. Husband and kids are unable to play basketball and that is what brought them to this facility. Members should pay a portion of their membership due to facility hours and quite a few things not being open since it effects members a lot.

Great gym terrible management. I constantly get harassed for not having a mask over my nose. I also got yelled at for carrying my gym bag to the 2nd floor which includes all the essentials of working out, wrist wraps, weightlifting belt, and knee sleeves. I hope this place is part of the swamp Trump will drain. Oh and the membership fee stayed the same even know the sauna and steam room is closed. Oh and they sell mask at the door to lifetime members which is an absolute joke to wear for less than 5 minutes to get to the locker room. Instead of buying 100s of cleaning products they should've took the time to convert the gym to UV lighting to kill germs. If they really cared about us.

I like Lifetime and have been a member on and off since 2010. What I don’t like is their methods for customer retention. I moved almost 3 hours away from any location and kept paying for 4-5 months. Finally realized, called and told them I was quitting. They said I have to come in to the store in person and I said no I’m quitting. Cancelled that card, they still keep billing me and I keep giving written notice through email that I have quit and they won’t get another dime from me. I probably won’t ever get a lifetime membership again.

I am life time member for a long time. since they have opened, i was impressed with cleaning and checking temperature and mask implementation, but unfortunately at Schaumburg location 10 out 6 people don't get temperature checked , i have witnesses my self, no one or very little implementation on Masks in lockers rooms, upper floor, no one wear the mask, i request the management to take strong action on their employees at front desk and lockers room, i certainly don't want anyone to get sick, and gym might closed up. Management and GM Please take it serious. Thanks,,,

Under the current Covid climate, this is the best gym around that’s totally open (aside from sauna and steam room). My roommate and I drive an hour roundtrip 3-5 days a week and it’s totally worth it. It’s literally the biggest and nicest gym I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a member at. Two huge pools, water slides, spas, a little cafe, and tons of equipment. Clean environment, friendly staff, and lots of attractive eye candy to inspire you to work out harder. Most of the patrons are also friendly.

A perfect place for workout with a great facility and equipment for the gym goer! I go to the gym almost every day and I absolutely love it because they have everything I want and motivate me to keep myself healthy. Furthermore, the staff are always nice especially Mark. Great greetings with warm welcome! Absolutely love it.

Not sure why this gym's average rating is so low. It has EVERYTHING you need and the employees are some of the friendliest I've ever met. This gym has been at the forefront in transforming my life. …

Amazing staff, always clean, tons of equipment. Like any other gym it is busy during rush hours so I recommend going early or after rush hours. It is a little bit pricier but this is more than just a gym; it is a fitness club. It has 2 …
