This is my place of ultimate self care/self love. The facility is super clean and provides a plethora of products/services. I forgot my flipflops a few times and did not feel completely gross walking around barefoot, it was unusually comfortable as I’ve usually opted not to shower at any other gym should that happen. Obviously during peak times, it’s very crowded but there are enough machines and space that you aren’t twiddling your thumbs. The staff is really nice and always accommodating. I had an assessment and training with Cesar and he was awesome. He showed me how to use different machines and proper form when lifting. I’m already quite active, I work out 5-7 times a week, sometimes twice a day. The hot tub and sauna are always on point (especially after the sauna got fixed) and there to soothe my muscles after working out and on my rest days. Keep up the good work!

I became a member here a couple of years ago, and I really like the place. Gabby, who is often at the front desk when I enter, is always positive, and gives an enthusiastic and welcoming smile on each person's arrival. It is clean, and there are tons of machines and equipment available. On occasions in which another patron is on or holding a machine, there is almost always another that performs the same function available. Also, I have on occasion braved asking the member holding a machine if I can "work in." Never once have I gotten a no. The early morning crowd is awesome. I don't always shower there, as it just is more convenient for my needs to pop back home before work, but when I do, it feels like a spa experience. There are so many amenities available! Highly recommend this place!

Great gym with awesome management! I always feel very welcomed. Locker room has plenty of space and I always see someone cleaning. I feel safe working out here.

I moved home to Arizona from Illinois more than two years ago. I’ve continuously asked lifetime to make the club here my home club but they refuse and charge me 20 more per month so I can have access to both clubs! I don’t want that. It’s 1800 miles to Schaumburg from here. After finally reactivating my membership post pandemic I let Chuck Bernard know that I still have no plans to return to the Schaumburg club since I go to the club near me in Gilbert so he responded by cancelling my membership without me asking. I was able to get it fixed but I hope I never have to deal with these stubborn people again.

Love it! It's a bit more than all the other gyms I've been to...(and I've tried all major chains) but definitely worth it! This location in particular abides by the covid regulations, has helpful friendly staff, keeps up with cleaning but most of all love taking the classes taught by Will Diaz, his energy is so contagious and he's motivating but not in a boot camp maner that pushes you by intimidation (tho nothing wrong with that, some things work best for some than others)...but he's got more of an encouraging uplifting way to push you which I LOVE!!!

The club is very nice and clean. I am an avid pool user- which they also keep in check. The best part about this gym is that the staff cares about creating a welcoming and positive experience.

This is unbelievable, I pay $90 a month for a membership, and for what? The place opens at 4am and closes at 11pm, It should be 24/7 like it was before, you cheap insolent runts! Even their new timings that are coming out August 1st are atrocious, do NOT buy a membership here, I recommend Planet Fitness instead! Lifetime? More like WasteTime haha am I right?!?! Please change your hours :)

Beautiful, clean club with friendly staff. Saw a high energy spin class going on outside. Excited to use my new membership! Just wish they had printed materials listing their services and classes (everything is online or on the app.).

Do not use this lifetime, it is not professional and their method of communication is that they sent an email and never heard back... They automatically just re-started a membership in the middle of a pandemic without verbally confirming with us if we even felt safe enough to re-activate. On top of that they would not put the membership back on hold and credit the month. There are a lot of business’ and people struggling right now and they are obviously not sensitive to how people personally feel about what is going on in the world.
