Very Clean gym, Worth the investment in yourself. Great variety of classes and Will the trainer is awesome, I have been working out for about 10 years now and I tried one of his classes and I don't think my legs have ever been that sore. Overall awesome club.

This location does a really good job of abiding by covid rules. Everyone wears masks even while working out and there are managers walking around that actually enforce this if they see someone not following it. I have a personal trainer, Travis, and he is awesome! He is helping reach my goals and really knows what he's talking about along with being passionate about fitness. It is a little pricey (both the monthly dues and training sessions) but it is honesty worth it!

Huge, spacious clean gym. It has a premium price but if you’re looking for solid workouts with few complaints, this is the gym for you. It has two full sized basketball courts, racquetball rooms, cardio/fitness clubs and amenities such as steam rooms, saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs etc. This is also the ONLY gym I’ve ever been to that has a no-hassle subscription cancellation. Every other gym requires another 1-2 months of payment plus a fee upon cancellation.. Lifetime applies it right then and there without any strings attached. That’s how a fitness gym should conduct business

Worst gym ever for $90 a MONTH. Awful service, lockers constantly jam and feels like I'm not getting anything for my money because all u can use for the basic $90 a month is the gym(witch is not the best gym) and a bad indoor pool, EVERYTHING else cost money, food, outside pool spas, rock-climbing(witch is never open and not worth the money). They don't explain to you how you should cancel your membership and I was charged for an extra month because the person that I signed up with (Kyle) never explained how I should cancel 30 days before hand even though he knew I just wanted a month but never explained how I should cancel before the 30 days so I wont be charged another month. This gym makes planet fitness look good.

I have been a Schaumburg Lifetime Fitness member for over 20 years and I would NEVER end my membership! You get so much for the money you pay IF you use all the amenities! The Group Fitness classes (kickboxing, yoga, cycle, strike, etc...)are lead by the BEST instructors around! The indoor and outside pool are amazing too! You will not be disappointed!

I've been a member since 2019. I actually had to start an additional membership at the xsport gym on the other side of the plaza because of the shorter available work out hours. They still charge me the same price as when I first signed a contract for a 24 hour gym experience. Xsport pretty much offers the same experience at a better rate and 24/7 hours equals better flexibility especially when I want to relaxing the weekend. If it wasn't for my social network I would definitely cancel the membership as it doesn't offer what other comparable gyms offer at a less expensive rate not to mention it how crowded the gym is because of the shorter hours. Believe me when I say there are quite a few unhappy members here.

Best fitness community around!! The club is clean and welcoming! It also has the best fitness instructors that teach many different formats-kickboxing, cycling, yoga, etc..! I have been a member for almost 21 years and would NEVER change clubs or cancel my membership! What you get for the money is amazing too.

They do an excellent job cleaning and keep thing the gym in good working order. You can see staff actively sweeping, mopping and monitoring all equipment from showers, steam room to weight room. Some times it’s just lazy people active in working out but not active in wiping down equipment, but with the majority of patrons being responsible, I think this place is excellent

Edit: 80% of the morning staff is AMAZING big thank you to Will and Vanessa absolute paragon of gratitude and support towards their customer service levels I wish all the staff would have this attitude!!Edit : The cleaning in the morning is far superior to those at night it stinks at night. The mirrors have been shattered for several days now as well. (Mirror has been fixed) (Still smells pretty bad on the main floor.)Edit : Cleaning supplies for machines for member usage has been awful lately. Almost never refilled wipes for machines. Mandatory mask wearing is fine but makes exercising on treadmills more strenuous. However the group classes and one on ones I've noticed barely have their masks on and are not warned about it like the rest of members (this should be treated fairly across the gym!)Edit : Child was left unattended for swim class for almost a full minute he is 4 years old this has happened twice. The last straw us they are firmly enforcing that parent must be in the water with child before class and cannot come early to mess about. Company refused to refund rest of month. I was told this is their policy firmly which is fine.Edit: front desk Vanessa so positive in the morning starts the whole day off wonderful.Majority of morning staff is awesome. Added stars.Edit: star added ** small things like deodorant added back and extra clean areas morning crew on point. Will probably the best motivation front desk / trainer I've ever met. Guy is an absolute asset.

Love this gym and have been going here forever but please bring the normal hours back. 25% increase in membership and reduced hours is not fair. In addition, basketball courts closing early and a $50 one time pool fee for the summer. Sick of having to rearrange my day so I can make it to lifetime before they close. Also closing at 9 on the weekends is way to early. 5 star rating because the gym and staff are great just disappointed with the hours as of late due to corporate.
